It looks like the shuttle is landing on the line in video...but in reality it is actually a few inches out...A lineman sitting there on the side of the court can actually see it more precisely and have the authority to make the decision which can be challenged further by the player but either Saina knows she has tossed the shuttle outside or there was no DRS during that time in badminton.
