I agree. Goebels and Borman would have been with Hitler had he escaped. The real bottom line is Hitler was in very poor health as you said. He couldn't have made a long trip hiding in the bottom of a ship or something. He would have needed a lot of medication and medical staff with him.
That "ill health " could have very easily been staged for the cameras and people that were going to be abandoned in Germany. Enough people say the same thing and the masses will believe it.
In Argentina Hitler would have needed needed Borman, hence his body was "found" 50 years later under some desperately strange circumstances. Goebels was now a liability and therefore disposable. Your conclusion is the right one I think. Hitler's health was shot by the end of the war. His doctor described him as a "living corpse." He would not have had the strength to go anywhere.
There is a gentleman named Mark Felton on RUclips who did an extensive review of this very topic including some of the fringe theories discussed here. He also came to the conclusion that Hitler and Eva died by suicide and great efforts were made to prevent their bodies from being discovered. This included the planting of doctored bodies for the Soviets to find. I highly recommend his very detailed videos on this subject. Thanks.

An addict of a range of drugs, upsets, downers, opioids. He had lost his grip but not his power to instill fear in his minions. So the horrible grind of a losing war continued. By that stage I feel some sympathy for German civilians, starving, fearful, waiting for the Russians. If Hitler had been capable of surrender earlier, so much damage could have been avoided.

A cremation takes 3,000 degrees and several hours. Also the bones then need to be removed and ground up pulverized, to reach just the ashes phase. So an open pit with limited gasoline is just not going to do it. It probably was the wrong bodies for both. Hitler had three doubles and the dental work of his could have been copied for them.
If the .32 bullet entered the left side of the skull, and Hitler was right handed, he could not have shot himself. The entry wound would have been on the right side of his skull. Try taking your right hand and shooting yourself on the left side of your head with a mock gun.

I think he went down with the ship. I also think there was a pre-dug grave somewhere close by where they could of taken the real bodies to and buried them and made the area look untouched. One of his doubles with the wrong blood type, but the same dental work done on him was in the other found grave. It was only a few who actually went up to burn the body.

His personal physician had been injecting him with opiates, cocaine, and methamphetamine for years by that point, and once the allies started bombing Berlin before their ground assault, the pharmaceutical factories making the drugs he’d been taking (particularly the opiates) were unable to continue operating and thus, Hitler was suddenly without drugs. Many historians believe that Hitler’s observed shaking in his final days was not due to his Parkinson’s (or at least not solely), but to his being in terrible withdrawal.
So all in all, he was in a pretty sorry state and likely would’ve been even more amenable to the idea of ending his life. Fitting for such a disgusting monster.

However, he was only 56 years of age in 1945 and Eva was quite a bit younger than that, so neither would have been eligible to draw yet. He had been an official of the party since 1920, and probably on their payroll since that time, so he might have been "vested" in their pension program if they had one.
According to the 1970s TV series Soap, Hitler escaped to Ecuador and was a waiter at a Ceviche Restaurant. I seen' it with my own eyes.

According to actual eyewitnesses who were NOT Nazi diehards, but regular Wehrmacht soldiers, Hitler and Eva left the bunker and flew out of Germany via the main road in front of the Chancellery the late evening of April 22nd and the two doppelgangers were brought in. Hitler and Eva were flown to Spain where they were to be picked up by a U-boat and taken to South America. However, with several million allied soldiers on his doorstep just itching for a reason to invade Spain and depose Franco, Franco had both Hitler and Braun executed as soon as their plane landed. The bodies were then cremated, and the ashes thrown in the ocean. I don't know if it's true, but I sure hope it is. Just the thought of the look in Hitler's face when he realizes his gambit not only failed, but the man he placed in power was the reason. Priceless. However, we will never know what happened as everyone who could have known is dead and all evidence, one way or the other is likely gone as well.

Hitler's death has all been based on Soviet accounts and records. However, the west has never believed the Soviet accounts of World War 2 or in the Cold War; the only exception is the death of Adolf Hitler.
I believe that Hitler, Eva Braun and Martin Bormann did escape on a Uboat and made it to Argentina. Denmark and Norway were still in Nazi hands until May 10th of 1945 and there were several Uboats that were completely refurbished and rebuilt in April and May of 1945. The Uboats had skeleton crews on board. In other words just enough to sail the Uboats to run efficiently. The Uboat Class IX submarine could sail directly to Argentina from Norway on a full compliment of diesel fuel. If it was a Class VII it would have needed to refuel so refueling in Spain was a likely option.
Between February 1945 and May 1945 there were about 40 Uboats that were unaccounted for so I do believe Hitler and the others made it to Argentina. Private yachts could have met the Uboats off the coast of Argentina or Uruguay and transported them to safety in Argentina. Hitler went on to live a life of comfort and obscurity until his death in 1967.
ALL THESE THEORIES ARE FEASABLE, BUT HE IS FOR SURE DEAD BY NOW NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED BACK THEN.

None of his doctors reported any of this after the war. he was prescribed stomach medicine and his doctor and dental records were recorded after the war, to, and I quote, determine if remains or a person was found in the future is that of Adolf Hitler. Many files from the 40s and 50s have been declassified and contain hundreds of pages of reports, statements, and testimony from all of Hitler's doctors. One very complete such file is simply labeled Adolf Hitler and is the liberty of Congress. too. Perhaps some simple research and reading would be better than social media and History Channel education on such matters as Hitler's health and drug use. His doctors reported all conditions and scars, old wounds, and dental records in great detail.

Like most people I accepted the official narrative which was based upon the research of Hugh Trevor Roper. According to the history books he did a thorough investigation and concluded that Hitler had killed himself in the bunker. However, when I got a biography it revealed a very different picture. Instead of going in at the end of the war his investigation didn't even start until months later when Stalin started claiming that Hitler had escaped, and that only after all of the occupants of the bunker had been allowed to go to their homes in Germany! He had a list of 30 odd people that he needed to interrogate and only managed to find about 6 or 7. Two of these boasted afterwards that he "had believed everything that I told him," and "I told him what he wanted to hear." After writing a report based upon this conclusion he did not send it , highly classified, to Intelligence, but called a press conference to announce his alleged findings! It was never more than a publicity stunt. Even after that the FBI and other organisations were getting reports of Hitler being seen in South America, chiefly Argentina. On balance I fear that Hitler did escape, though how long he lived is in doubt.
I am still trying to hypothesize as to whether he was a sociopath or psychopath. His speeches and his overall look seems to point to sociopath (crazy,erratic,unorganized) ,however his secretary said that the night before and of his death he was a totally different person. He was erratic and crazy acting. Maybe he masked his ASPD up until his cowardly suicide ,and he was probably withdrawing from all those narcotics.
