History of this world:
This survival series started on July 10th 2014 on the MCPE (Minecraft Pocket Edition) App. I had quite a few MCPE videos before this series that I recorded and edited on the iPod 4th Generation. When I finally upgraded to the iPhone 5, this was when I wanted to start a Minecraft series that will last forever! I started this series on the iPhone 5 and eventually upgraded again to the iPhone 6 Plus for more power on Ep.66. MCPE on the iPhone 6 Plus served me well for a long time until the game started updating more and became even slower. This was until I bought myself a gaming laptop (Lenovo Y700) and transferred my ongoing MCPE world to Windows 10 Edition on Ep.154. Till this day, we are still surviving and thriving with builds in this world and plan to do so far into the future!

In the fantasy world zamonia created by Walter Moers there are people called the "rusty gnomes" that were really industrial kind of dwarves, your dwarf build with copper reminded me of that.
They're very good books, I can recommend :)
been watching since 2015 and it sucks seeing the views go down, it's crazy how videos that are made with effort do worse than videos lasting 15 seconds. i think that's just how people's attention spans are drastically shortened because of tiktok

It would be cool to Live Stream your world tour. It would be your first live stream and it could bring a lot more people to the channel
The nice thing abt this is u can always add leaves whenever u want life again. Gives u a way to keep things seasonal too~

I'ma be honest, not the biggest fan of the dead trees. I think the third one looks good, but the others just... seem so out of place. Not to mention that they don't really look like pine trees. They're too gnarled.
Also, the dwarven ruins look great. I actually reccomend using blackstone and deepslate, to get the Morrowind aesthetic.
you should do a massive futuristic elevator in your lab style with like crates around it and maybe a like fallen piece of rock from the island that fell down that you could put a studying site around

You should start using a riptide trident to save rockets, they’re great in rain but also useful as long as you have water around

i think the best thing to do as a gaming content creator is to livestream your content and then chop the stream vod into yt shorts or tiktoks, and then edit it and upload a video (editing out the boring parts). I've seen it work for some content creators I know and it worked fairly well. Anyways great video keep up the good work!

Having a large blue/soul lantern hanging on the leaning tree would look nice. Never seen trees using trapdoors.
Also you could combine your test worlds with amulet, it is mostly safe and it is already creative so yea.

Something pretty cool but simple wpuld just be adding a little hanging swing or a tire swing somewhere under one of the trees.

I’m new to your channel. I landed here after searching for a new letsplay, when you did your whole new beginning bamboo thing thousands of blocks away. I’m always looking for new survival letsplays because I’m tired of the same things over and over again. This one is great! I can’t believe all the stuff you’ve built on here… also the style is oh so cool. I’m tired of the ol’ medieval we see everywhere nowadays. This is so refreshing. i think it’s amazing that your bringing me along on this little journey that know one will ever know about years from now. Even though it’s infinitely special and unique to me, like a little special sand grane in a desert. It’s makes me think, reflect and relax, and maybe listen to another human, out there living a different life, these videos are existential to me, because they bring a moment to life and of life that no one will ever know, and it’s sad, but beautiful. I hope you see this comment. I’m glad for these videos, and that you talk honestly and innately in them, maybe if you can talk more about yourself, why you things, what you like and why you like things, it makes the videos more meanful and connecful. Don't worry about the views. If people worry the creative flow is not as nice when they are relaxed. So don't worry things will pick up soon enough. Also times has been hard in sertain countries. Somethimes you need to see the views like a wave and somethimes they peak and somethimes they are low but the circle will remain ❤.

I hope that Dallas won't cease uploading because of the lower views. I think, these viewers are filtered to the most supportive of your fanbase. I wish that the lack of views is countered by donations. I think its just a drought season, like in agriculture, and then later on, there'll be plentiful harvest (algorithmwise) for the slime man.
I also think for a reason, videos don't do as well when they have the episode number on them. This was something a lot of RUclipsrs noticed around 2016 or 2017, and they switched to having no episode number in the video, and just sometimes in the description. They said it scares off new viewers thinking there's too much stuff to watch beforehand.
@@etc834yeah, I thought the same thing, but Etho is in his 500’s with episode numbers and he still gets lots of views. So I dont believe that’s true necessarily
Donations are helping tremendously, that’s for sure. But I’ve been on the bad side of the algorithm for like 3 years. They just won’t give me a chance lol. I bet if my videos were shown to a million people, I’d have at least a quarter of those people stick around.
You should do a modded horror series
It may be an idea to consider, but maybe changing the way the videos are edited might bring new people. Id like to see a lot more of the planning and actual building than having cut to the finished product so quickly. Sometimes when i play my own world I want to see how you design things and then remake my own inspired versions.
I love the way you treat the villagers as subscribers, I think thats really unique.
But 100%, your lack of shorts and streams is why your channel is not growing. RUclips really benefits channels that do all 3. They dont have to be anything crazy, but maybe a short just showcasing a build after you release the episode!
I only wrote these criticisms because I have been watching for almost 6 years now and I want you to hit 1 million so badly. No one deserves it more than you after continuing to be this consistent. I remember when you almost gave up about 2 years ago and I was so gutted. Your videos help me go to sleep every night, its part of my routine. All the best Dallas.
