"Obviously, all the microwaves in town have been turned on high."
Oklahoma's version of "I think steel melts at this temperature..." and "Everybody in McKinney is dead."
The original line was "I think steel boils at about this temperature" but the misquote is scientifically more accurate.
You are cultured
im pretty sure the steel boils was in arizona but mckinney was definitely in oklahoma
@@Javake mickinney is in texas
@@deadmemes21 ok I’m a bit special or smth
I like how the banner says " the most accurate forecast" after all that.
That was perfect.
369 likes i shouldn't've ruined this.
Because it is.
Yeah, it's the most accurate forecast. Their measurement of the current weather isn't great, but they are good at predicting the future.
it´s the forecast for 100,000,000 years in the future
I love how it shows that Tulsa is the only place in Oklahoma that is palatable to live in.
Oh yeah...I remember that :)))
ironic.
YEAH! and luckily i am from Tulsa
No. 52 is too cold
That big island of heat even spills over to MO, AR, & KS
The fact he’s wearing the same suit as the McKinney guy. There’s deeper meaning to this
That suit is causing massive heat waves I guess
They should really fix that
@@andistansbury4366they need to fix the game bug
My family somehow survived the heat waves in McKinney.
"Everyone in McKinney is dead"
Not as bad as the 2960 degrees in Cave Creek, 2385 in Wickenburg, the 1665 in Fountain Hills, and certainly not the 101105 in McKinney tbh
I remember that; legend has it to this day Cave Creek is still rebuilding 😱
and the 105107 in mckinney Texas
@@gavin0composereveryone in McKinney is dead
I think steel boils at around this temperature.
Im not your dad.
Everywhere: *999 degrees!!!*
Tulsa: 52, take it or leave it
me: "Oh I'm taking it, Tulsa! It's better than everywhere else!"
999 degrees at night? Imagine what the day temps are😂
the day temps are yes degrees
It's over NINE THOUSAAAAAND!!!!
Followed by "you'll need a jacket tomorrow morning"
have you seen the 101107 in McKinney in texas, my friend?
it's over 9000!
As someone who lived in Tulsa for most of my life, I can confirm, everywhere else was at 999° that day. We were trapped.
Trapped in Tulsa
my condolences
Same
tulsa is on when you just installed google maps without turning location on i think
wow, how'd you escape? your story must be legendary! you're like an actual refugee!
I think to many people are playing need more heat
i live in Oklahoma and i can tell you this is accurate
I was gonna say the same
I live in Texas and this is accurate
Lmao
same
I live in East Asia and can confirm, I can sense the heat from over here.
I love how it’s like all the cities are 999°F and then the banner is ‘MOST ACCURATE FORECAST”
it was accurate in Martian
they just forgot to change the setting
that "wow" was just so genuine 💀
0:17 MOST ACCURATE FORECAST 💀💀💀
I lived in Cave Creek when it said 2960 degrees, and I lived in Jenks when it said 999 degrees
I cant escape these insane temperatures I have died 400 times
were you in mckinney, texas, where it was 101,105 degrees?
@@º№™ºc™ Sadly i have never lived in Texas
You could see (and feel) the temperature for 100s of miles though
@@kyogre8192 yeah, i'm in the UK and could feel the weather - wasn't pleasant
They must have the resurrection stone on clearance where you live.
Tulsa being the only habitable place while surrounded by everything else give this some dramatic touch.
he handled the situation pretty well not gonna lie
But in Tulsa it’s 52
Everyone be going to Tulsa then
Who is willing your accordances then
this was a joke right?
52 and surrounded by hell
They're protected the rest of us suffered a bit that night
“Everyone outside of Tulsa is dead”
"everyone in mckinney is dead" moment
“We could see 40’s in some places”
*literal have a second later*
*EVERYTHING IS BOILED*
“EVERYTHING IS BOILED” LMAO
The key word here is ‘could’
“We could see some 40s” *a few seconds later* “…We won’t”
Run, don't walk, to Tulsa, before it's too late!
I love how, no matter what, when something goes wrong with the tech, they role with it
We had just completed a software upgrade. The STARS is an older legacy platform, and something in the upgrade caused one of the data fields to do this. We quickly caught it while we were still at the office and pushed out a fix. But, yes, we were laughing, too! It was only the overnight forecast that showed the 999 value. I'm amazed at all of the videos online showing this 'glitch'.
@@Freun It’s his family name lol
@@Freun wtf are you on about?
@@Freun found the homophobe
@@amunago080sorry I wasn't born in an English speaking country and I never seen that family name
Hey man at least they're not all dead. Like those in McKinney.
As a Tulsa Citizen luckly I lived in Tulsa to prevent the heat wave
That's 537.22 degrees Celsius, which is still below the melting point for aluminum.
So my aluminum house won't melt?? Nice!!
@@troyandrade435 how expensive is the house?
@LegoGuy2511 😭💀💀💀
“I think steel boils at about this temperature”
Not a major concern when the outside temp is over 500 degrees C 😆😆
Weathermen (or ladies) are so relaxed. They can improvise anything. He should have said that undertakers will come around tomorrow morning to pick your dead in a cart.
They shall join everyone who suffered that day in McKinney
As someone who has lived in Okalahoma for a brief period, I can confirm it does get to 999 degrees
Wow, thank God it doesn't tip over to 1000 - you'd have to switch the air con on...
@@TheCatBilbonah it'll be fine. 1000 is bearable.
The temperature on the surface of Venus is about that. :P
looooooooool ez nublet!
Tulsa is a chillin at 52F
As an oklahoman this is very accurate. Especially during summer
Yes, we're in an oven. Pools were banned last summer! It was insane!
Apparently, the weather forecast was on YTP mode again...😂😂😂
I love this man he's so smooth
Makes Death Valley look like you needed a jacket
McKinney:
I can assure you as a stillwater resident that it does regularly hit 999 degress and we are perfectly fine
I saw this quote on social media a little while back..
"Lord, whatever You are baking outside, it's done! 😂
🤣
At least it’s not like 101105 degrees like in McKinney
I love how the forecaster knew he was being messed with, and yet he just rolled with it. Beautiful.
"MOST ACCURATE FORECAST"💀💀💀
I live in Oklahoma and this is very accurate 😓
Tardigrades being glad to be tolerance of high temperature🤣
Not as bad as the 101,105 degrees in texas 💀💀
everyone in mckinney is dead
The banner at the top that says “most accurate forecast” really puts the icing on the cake.
Something similar to this happened on FOX 10 a few years back.
Oh yeah...I remember that :)))
Everyone in that area is moving to Tulsa
I was in Coffeyville, it was indeed 999 degrees, had my microwave on high
Sounds about right for Oklahoma weather
52 in tulsa HOLYSHIT
"Wow 999°degrees tonight" got me giggling
As someone in McAlester during this time I can confirm it was pretty hot down there
“52 degrees need a jacket”
me, a coloradan sitting in below freezing with a shirt and shorts:
The best part is this being after he said it should be colder in outlying areas then it’s 999 everywhere outside of Tulsa
this mans improv ability is amazing
The quips from the Anchors made it better. And hey! 52 in Tulsa.
Actually, more accurate than the weather predictions we've been getting in Chicago in 2024!
Even the weather loves juice WRLD
All I can think of is the opening scene to Disney's Aladdin. The animated one. "It will not break!" "It broke..."
It would have been funny if he was like, "It's never been a better night to come to Tulsa."
i love when this happens and instead of getting mad the weathermen just go along with it
Everyone on Tulsa: WTF IS HAPPENING AROUND TULSA RIGHT NOW!?!?!?
oh thats why the playground at my school was melting
Coldest nights in Florida
Summer Be Like:
Now, I'm no meteorologist, but I think that those temperatures are pretty cold, ngl
I live in coffeyville and I can confirm that i was indeed melting during this time
This has a similar vibe to, "Everyone in McKinney is dead".
I don't even live in Oklahoma why is this on my recommended lol
I like when news and weather channels take glitches and roll with it like this.
Tulsa: IM THE COLDESTTTTT
We're they using The Weather Channel's forecast for everywhere but Tulsa because The Weather Channel's IntelliStar's had that forecast on IntelliStar's on the tonight forecast nationwide the website or app(anything but the IntelliStar 1/2 HD/XD/jr.) were not affected, I think it was an IntelliStar 1/2 HD/XD/jr. Thing only, unless they send data to local news stations and it was affected too. Because they actually did it the same night this was uploaded.
Tulsa : I'M STILL STANDING!
“Most accurate forecast”
Hearing him made me burst out in laughter.😂
Now I'm not authorized to evacuate Oklahoma, but these temperatures seem pretty high.
Need a jacket in 56 degrees
"And Tulsa's just chilling..."
2024: That's not a glitch. It really is 999 degrees. Everyone please spend the next several months in your refrigerator or freezer.
I live north of Tulsa, so I'm Dead!
52 ДА ЗДРАВСТВУЕТ САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ И ЭТОТ ГОРОД НАШ!
*"We could see 40 in some places"*
Still better then the 101105 in McKinney
When you get a new employee an its your turn to mess with the weather report!
The fact that Tulsa stayed a normal, cold temperature is very reminescent of microwaves' actual heating tendencies.
101105 in McKinney.
"Everyone in McKinney is dead."
As someone that lives in mcalester, I can confirm it’s 999 degrees and we are dying😃
More like Tulsa is so cold, that it must have some kind of dome around it.
i love it here
People should be running to Tulsa as soon as possible.
Time to add 1 to my Stillwater counter
Tulsa in a Nutshell

the fact that this vid currently has over 99K views makes this even better lmao
Is this in tornado alley?
So I’m just living in the hotspots! First I lived in Cave Creek, AZ… 2,960°! Now, I thought Oklahoma City, OK would be better! Nope, still 999°. Moved south to McKinney, TX.. BUT WE JUST HAD A 101,105° HEAT INDEX!
From what I know they use computers and TelePrompters that was a huge glitch XD
Also, I just love that 56° is "need a jacket." Oh, the South.
POV: Tulsa vs EVERYWHWRE ELSE
Australians: this is fine
You call that a normal glich i call that the Microwave and Toaster Revolution glitch.
At least tulsa is doing fine
