just picked one up today and had it installed. It was working when I left the installer’s shop but after only 2 hours it had stopped working and didn’t heat the water past 30 degrees. What a piece of you know what. FYI - running it on 12V

Ive just purchased a Duetto and it does not look like this heater, the inlet and outlets are on the side. It is deplorable that Aus J cannot do an updated installation video. Disgusted in you Aus J.

Would you do a demo on the electrical 12v for a van build. Complete novice-hook the larger gauge wires to the fuse box? And the small red and black to a switch? Is that an XT90 fitting?
