Hello thrash-punk apocalypse. The way you work should be shown in all educational institutions in lessons on occupational safety and verification of adequacy and professional suitability. The level of work is like after a nuclear war, a la Fallout 76. Horror. Superman does welding in sunglasses! Apparently, they haven't heard about the welder's mask in India.

@@manufacturingandrepairingskill You are too careless about the quality of your work and your health. Your products will work for a long time, I agree. The quality of the work performed is terrible, but does it affect the operation? When you have one turning tool for all types of work, then the work becomes a Heroic Feat. Your country is not poor, it is plundered. You do not lag behind other countries and do not catch up with them, you have your own way in life. It remains to turn to God - everyone has karma according to his deeds. I believe in karma and (sometimes) try to live so as not to be reborn as a worm in the circle of samsara.

Hope they put enough grease in the gear box. They guy who made this thing does not care about setting a lathe tool to the correct hight, the guy who not sharpened the drill bit does also not grind the lathe tools - what is the reason for doing most of the lathe work with the blow torch - but at the end, it looks like a working gear box - and thats all what counts.

WHY DO YOU WORK IN DIRT???!!!! All your "amazing" and "preciion" gears, bushings, pistons are covered with soil, sand and dust. All your tools are dirty! And this you call "wondderful"??!!!
A layer of cement on the shop floor will rise you above the soil level and reduce your shop dirtiness and disgustness to 50% at least. The cement is cheap, and I see the only two reasons to keep everything dirty: lazyness and intenton to make poor quality products to make customers to repair their things and pay you more frequently.
Working on tables will eliminate the other 50% of awfull dirt. But -- again -- why to make your work cleaner and easier, your production -- better, if you are lazy and greedy??
People, who watches this! Work smarter, not harder! Work clean and accurate! Look at these guys and don't follow their way! Study every day about making your life better and easier! Keep safety, acuracy and cleanness! And may the Force be with you. Live long and prosper.

Sir you are absolutely right ۔The situation in our country has become very bad .And the heat is also very high .Due to the shop being in an open space, hot air keeps coming in and out of the kidneys all the time. And yet we're 100 years behind you .Poverty is so severe that even paying electricity bills has become difficult. .💜🌼💛🌷❤💐💙🧡💓💗💖🌺💝🌸

@@manufacturingandrepairingskill , guys, there is no problem with open space and no walls in your workshop. There is problem that you work in dirt. I repeat: if you dont want to build workbenches (I believe you know, that they exist) from any metal trash (it's possible, be sure), at least cover the floor of your workbench with the cheapest cement. Cement cover will reduce dust and sand present in your bushings, for instance.
Eastern Asians and South Americans have poor countries too. But I've never seen such a dirty and unsafe workshops in those countries.
