Good evening Dana, wow, from my understanding of watching your videos about the DFW Metroplex, it seems most suburb cites are pretty steep in price from high 400K to 800K. If the Merciful Lord God allows me to have a financial miracle and makes it His Will for me to move to the Lone Star State, I possibly would consider something in the range of $250K to $260K so as to stay on a budget and remember the responsibility of monthly housing costs in Texas. Anyway, thanks for making this video a couple years ago. Be Blessed in Jesus Name. :-)
What about areas great for single people who make in the low 6 figures? I’ll be moving to Dallas/Ft. worth in early 2020. I’m a huge foodie, cultural arts, walking adventurer person.
