We are thinking of moving to the Dallas area soon and would like to come and check it out. Your videos are really helpful. Thinking to possibly rent then buy but you never know.
Let's hypothetically say money is no issue and you're interested in moving to Dallas downtown area or surrounding for work. What are the best areas for a single professional (renting new condo or new small house below 2k sq ft) vs professional with a family (looking for new "mini-mansion" w/ 6- 11,000 sq ft max)?
Hey your information is really good. Thank you for sharing valuable information. I want to know what you think about addison area? We are a young couple, we don't have children so maybe it is a good choice? please tell me what are your thoughts about this area. We are from miami and this area was what we really like in dallas
Hi moving soon. Budget for home is about 200-300k need nice area. Will commute to downtown for work. still prefer small town or country area to live. Have elementary age child, and would like a more texan cowboy or more family oriented vibe. We are 40 years old. We would love to live close to national (not state) recreational lake for camping and boating is a major plus for us. Any areas stand out when reading my wish list? Moving from a very nice home in north Mississippi area.. NO HOA
Dana, you are just AWESOME! I'm thinking about moving to Austin - maybe when I'm ready, you can connect me with someone there - of course, I'll be looking for an apartment at first 🙂Blessings.
Harsimran Singh Denton is growing too! You can get more for your money in Denton. It’s an actual city so there’s plenty to do. The development isn’t as beautifully developed as Collin County, but then again you’re having to pay for the development. I guess at the end of the day it depends on your hot buttons
A dondo I haven’t been to Desoto for a long time, so I do t really know much about it. And I haven’t been to Red Oak yet either. But I can refer you an agent out there if you’re interested.
@@Localahhkenn is it safe though because alot of people from dallas told me not to move to those areas they said that its not very safe and that the schools arent great 🤦♀️🤦♀️
A dondo yea the public schools aren’t very good but they have better charter/private schools. & It jus depends on yo neighborhood honestly because I live in Desoto n the neighborhood I stay always have sb breakin into people cars like every night.
can anyone here point me to a middle income suburb closest to DFW airport where I could find a condo or small home. Would prefer low crime, but the school zone is not important.
Hi Dana, I am looking at two places that are in the same county, that is Euless tx and Arlington tx. They both are in Tarrant county, however I would like to know, which one you think is better to live in based on everything you know. Please if you can let me know by video or by comment section which is better please, i'm really curious to know. Thank you
Hello there Dana, I live in California and I'm intrested in moving to Texas. I am looking for the best real estate agent and I'm impressed with the videos that you have. Is there any way you and I could communicate with email or text.
Dana, thank you for your insightful video of the Dallas suburbs. Looking at relocating in either late 2021 or mid 2022. Looking at Carrollton, South Lake or Plano. Need to be close to the H-Marts like here in the DC suburbs. Retired military and retired federal civilian. No school aged children. Will use VA benefits after selling home here.
davizzyify Forney is up and coming. They are starting to develop it and is one of the next up and coming areas. It’s still the early stages. It is not Collin County so Im not sure how it will compare to the Northern cities yet. I like Forney and the neighborhoods there. You can get more for your money in Forney and a new home at that!
Hello Dana. My Family and I we decided move to Texas in 3 to 4 months and I been watching your videos very interesting. I would need some help and guide to move.
The title is wrong. You say almost NOTHING about traffic in your video!!! You just show Google Maps. ANYONE can look at the traffic on Google Maps!!! All you talk about is homes and schools! This is not wjat I expected to hear when I read the title! Nobody wants to hear you ramble on about stupid crap in a commercial that's all about you! This viseo will make sure that nobody ever gives you money!

Mesquite is the best suburb
Hi Dana! How about Grand Prairie? Is that a good place to live in?
GanadorMX Grand Prairie is very similar to Arlington. It is a great location next to Dallas. Not as many activities as Arlington though.
@@movingtotexas I see. How far approx would be from Las Colinas un Irving to Grand Prairie with traffic?

I have chosen these suburbs for their top 20% for Texas schools. Meaning: There are no blacks or mexicans.
We have black and mexicans all over in DFW...racist bastard...
Theres always that one person who I just want to slap
