Easily, He drives from 3:30 am (longer trips as no ubers want to drive that early and most people are going long distances) to about 9am and makes around $160 per day. Multiply that by 5 days or six or seven and you have a nice little income and time to do more things
@@DallasRelocationGuide this is awesome information man thank you . I’m also hearing the roads are in pretty good shape and the traffic isn’t half as bad as it is here in Boston. It’s good to know I don’t need a ton of money saved to get there Bc I can start working right away

I live here inDallas and the people are not as friendly as he described !! And there are jobs but not like he’s describing and traffic sucks here! Texas is hot bad drivers and miserable!!! Don’t move here
A few places I know had very low violent crime rates were Sachse, Colleyville, I think also some northern suburbs of Plano/Dallas were decent, Mckinney etc. Also Grapevine/Flower Mound/Coppell/Trophy Club area is good.
Ok, so when this video talks about Dallas, you actually mean the area locally we mean North Central Texas which folks outside of north Texas may not understand. That’s MANY different cities, btw, which each have own vibe, culture, infrastructure, etc. Do your research before moving!!
Completely true. Texas people are pretty 😍 much the best 🎉 kind and conservative but loving and accepting at the same time. People sometimes act surprised that all my black grandchildren are all highly loved here. Don’t always believe the “bad” report ❤
DFW is a MIX of all party sentiments... not sure where the idea of DFW being conservative comes from. The surrounding counties outside of DFW are red... but the metroplex itself (Denton, Dallas, Collin and Tarrant) always seem to swing blue. Anyway, people moving here dont need to have the idea that DFW is Red... its a mix
What about heavy equipment repairs? We have a large family and business and thinking of taking it to Texas as California is getting ridiculous! Any advice would help! Kids schools matter as well. 🤔
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks...

As a native Texan it's not us that don't know how to drive it's the people moving from 49 different states to Texas that can't drive. Dallas always get hail when Houston ,San Antonio never get it like that.
I agree but I would add Dallas may have the Dallas "Cowboys" ? But Dallas is NOT Cowboy at all ! That may be a plus or minus for you ? But if you want a Texas Western feel, Dallas is not it.

@@vincentpassi8403 Yea man that is the power of the share economy here. If you have the hustle, its out here for you to earn.
@@DallasRelocationGuideWorst advice I have ever seen in my life. "Makes" $160 a day. I assume you just look at the number Uber gives you... You need to be doing $40/hr pre expense to "make" anything worthwhile with Uber. $30/hr is just him extracting liquidity by wearing down his car, plus minimum wage. Even worse that it is night shift.
@@Null-o7j your wrong. even if he is extracting it from the car that's fine because he has cashing hand to get things done and to invest in other things, its like taking a loan. have you ever taken a loan? some money in hand in the right now is better than trying to save in the long run on some car. money now gives him the stepping stone. dont be pennywise pound foolish.
Thank for the videos bro
I got you 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Great video
IMO the ppl are not more friendly down here. It’s just more affordable and even that is changing!
I gotcha, What part did you end up moving to?
@@DallasRelocationGuide Killeen/Ft Hood to DFW (McKinney, DeSoto, Waxahachie)
You can keep Dallas, Houston, even San Antonio. I don't want to have anything to do with Texas. Like Florida, they need to get rid of the governors. Too much hate!
I do love not having a state income tax tho
I agree, I so want to get out of Texas!
It is not that good ..to much hate ....!!!!! Raism is very bad especially for black ppl....😝
@michelledry9030 Me too, but not sure where to go.
yet people are moving here in droves, along with big corporations and businesses. hmm.... Might want to take a more bipartisan view of things. Califorexodus is a real thing
I live here inDallas and the people are not as friendly as he described !! And there are jobs but not like he’s describing and traffic sucks here! Texas is hot bad drivers and miserable!!! Don’t move here
lol I see what you did there…
Love the content!!! #DallasCreators
Much love man, thanks for blessing the channel
What are the safe parts of Dallas for women to move?
If it were my daughter I would say addison, Plano, or Frisco. Las Colinas and Carrolton are good spots as well
A few places I know had very low violent crime rates were Sachse, Colleyville, I think also some northern suburbs of Plano/Dallas were decent, Mckinney etc.
@pamelaspooner7183 well what are the nicest part on the outskirts of dallas?
@@girlwithpearlsthe first comment is the answer to your question
Let god direct your steps
Amen! 🙏🏾
Texans are angry because it's gotten toooo crowded.
Lol it’s definitely because of the heat
It's always hot here in the summer. That's nothing new.
And pricey
yeah, prolly a good idea to get your vehicles plates changed ASAP. all your FLoridians and Californians!!!! LOLZ
Appreciate it fam ... #uno
Completely true. Texas people are pretty 😍 much the best 🎉 kind and conservative but loving and accepting at the same time. People sometimes act surprised that all my black grandchildren are all highly loved here. Don’t always believe the “bad” report ❤
I totally agree, really just depends on you
Texas is not as conservative as you are led to believe.
Ugh, yes it is very conservative, you may be in a bubble
DFW is a MIX of all party sentiments... not sure where the idea of DFW being conservative comes from. The surrounding counties outside of DFW are red... but the metroplex itself (Denton, Dallas, Collin and Tarrant) always seem to swing blue. Anyway, people moving here dont need to have the idea that DFW is Red... its a mix
What about teaching? Is that in demand?
Yes!
Absolutely, the growth of Dallas and the suburbs has teachers in HIGH demand. It’s not even funny how easy it is to snag a good position
What about heavy equipment repairs? We have a large family and business and thinking of taking it to Texas as California is getting ridiculous! Any advice would help! Kids schools matter as well. 🤔
@@selenacuriel955 oh yea construction is big business here so by default repairs are in high demand. Plus the cities are constantly working on roads.
@@DallasRelocationGuide thank you!
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting.
Thanks...
@@AlilatTiamiyu Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. *MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY*
@@YinusaSaheed Oh please I’d love that. Thanks!

Lookup with her name on the webpage..
I just realized the gas prices are much cheaper like half of WA, CA. However, you end up driving more and longer distances.
You hit the nail on the head, you’re definitely going to end up driving a lot here in Dallas and Texas in general
He was just nice to watch 😊
drive friendly the Texas Way, with a friendly WAVE. too much hostility on the roads yall, get off your phone, be patient, give a wave to your fellow DFWians.
No seriously people really drive the wrong way on one ways
Texas highways are scary gave me a panic attack
I understand frfr. I’ve had a couple of close calls
5:59 H-E-B doesn't stand for "Here Everything's Better", that's a backronym for marketing purposes. The name of the supermarket chain comes from the initials of the long-time leader of the company, Howard Edward Butt. ruclips.net/video/dFKArEu-Qzc/видео.html
Wow I gotta stop listening to their commercials. False advertisement smh
@@DallasRelocationGuide LMAO it's like NJM Insurance - that doesn't stand for "No Jingles or Mascots" 😀
@@DallasRelocationGuide😂😂😂 been in Texas forever, always known it as here everything’s better so I’ll go with that 😂
I think you missed the higher than average crime rates, insane health insurance premiums, home insurance premiums, and auto insurance premiums in the list of cons.
Stay tuned for the next vid where we cover that part
Dallas is not that friendly, and it’s hot as hell for 6 months. Starting to rethink this, the humidity is becoming unbearable.
You couldn’t have said it any better we are from Ca, where people are nice we got transferred down here with our job G.M. This state sucks flat dry as hell and humid and a lot of pollution!
@@juliehatcher5626 I’m from Cali also.
What areas are you going to?
@@DallasRelocationGuide DeSoto, Cedar hill, Arlington, Plano, Terrell, Mesquite. I remember when I first got here coming off the 67 at Joe Wilson, I asked a man could he could let me over to turn, and he got mad, so I just passed the point, and reset my maps,. I wasn't familiar with the area yet. Born Texas, raised in California. That had never happened in my 45 years of driving, bullies in their big trucks on the highway, just horrible. This heat got me rethinking it all, the reasons I came have passed on, so I'm thinking about moving on. I need more cold than hot.
I go into Dallas as well.
I don’t want to live there but I would visit it one day
I'm from Fort Worth, born and raised. ⭐️ I agree with the entire segment. Great and accurate info! 👍🏾EXCEPT...it's not true. CALIFORNIA has the worse drivers of any state.
SPIT on the road and they'll go spinning out of control here. 😟 You think the reason why traffic is creaping is because there is an accident ahead of you...and it IS...ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WALL for traffic going in the opposite direction. 😖 RUBBERNECKERS!! 😤
Then there is the mystery of the "fast lane stop"...as the far right lanes flow. 🥴
MERGING? Forget it. 😕 "Single file" was taught to elementary school kids everywhere EXCEPT for in California. ☹️
You have a some good points!
I used to think this until I went back to Dallas and drove. Then I thought California drivers are better. lol.
That's a beautiful couch, big man
And the floor plan is spacious
Good on you
HEB IS THE BEST GROCERY STORE ❤
As a native Texan it's not us that don't know how to drive it's the people moving from 49 different states to Texas that can't drive. Dallas always get hail when Houston ,San Antonio never get it like that.
I agree 100%
I must have visited a different Dallas
@@Jacksonms601 Lol what do you mean?
Haha! Which Texas are you from where they can drive?!😂😂😂😂
@@DallasRelocationGuide People from Texas definitely drive crazy almost as bad as we do now in Mississippi. I guess we are in the same boat lol..
I thing this is a good pros and cons video.
Your support means a lot! I appreciate your kind words.
You are very wrong about drivers in Texas. They are so so chill compared to Italy, Salvador and Miami.
The best really
What side of town are you driving on?
5:09 he’s advertising street meat, yall. 😂
Best in texas!
Dallas is not jumping, but it’s a good place to buy a home. Plus Dallas has no natural lakes. Traffic is good.
Thanks for your comment!
You don’t have a clue.
White Rock Lake used to be an ancient sea!

That's awesome! Loft apartments have such a unique charm.
@@DallasRelocationGuide True!
I agree but I would add Dallas may have the Dallas "Cowboys" ? But Dallas is NOT Cowboy at all ! That may be a plus or minus for you ? But if you want a Texas Western feel, Dallas is not it.
Dallas used to be lovely but now it is horrible. Try calling the police, they are not at home.
I know I’ve heard that downtown does have a shortage
Ya and you guys pay carpenters nothing down there. No unions no nothing. I would have to live in my car there.
Thanks for sharing your perspective on the carpentry scene.
