Fun(?) Fact? The realtor at the beginning of the movie starred with Cheng Pei Pei in 'Come Drink with Me' in 1966 and The Shadow Whip in 1971. Solid 90's Jackie Chan.... A Tier: Supercop and Drunken Master II B Tier: Who Am I? and Rumble in the Bronx C Tier: Mr. Nice Guy, Rush Hour.
While I think this film has aged badly (then again, it’s more like a product of its time. Pure 90’e cheese!), I do think it’s entertaining. It’s a shame there’s no big throw down at the end but it has this sense of fun throughout, that makes it very easy to watch. I don’t mind this cut. It’s light and breezy. I would like to see the HK cut though.
super fun Jackie flick - maybe one day we’ll get a proper blu-ray release!

@@fuforthought Agreed! I would’ve liked a big final fight too, but the hovercraft sequence has some great spots.
Nice to get your thoughts on this one Brother. Good job ❤
