Hi Jackie, thanks for the compliment and for sticking with us. It's been a slog refitting whilst living on her and yes we'll shoot some footage of the inside today, hope 🙏 you like her. We leave the marina tomorrow to start our new journey. So we are just going to cruise, see the sights and post more videos more frequently. Hope you're well and speak soon xxx
Hi Jon and thanks mate, I spotted something on FB and will have a read 📚 and get back to you, its just been so hectic. We leave tomorrow. Be well and speak soon.
Hi Donna and Martin. I get it. It’s hard filming a fit out. Even though I don’t do the technical stuff, I’m tired. I need to get out on the cut. Looking at Dyl, I also need a dog. My daughter, lives in Jordan gives her dog woofy ice cream for treat. I reckon Dylan would like a treat in the sun; sat on the chair. Like the solar boxes. Great idea. Anything to provide space. I’ll probably do some of that in a few years. It’s a paintwork thing….I don’t want to ruin the paintwork. Good luck when you’re on the cut. Take care.
Hi Chris, doing a refit whilst living on it is tricky, leaving a marina where we were comfortable and we've made friends is hard. Leaving Diglis, we've just completed the Birmingham Worcester canal and doing one through Brum to get on the Shroppy. So many locks, long tunnels, crap wrapped around the prop, gusting winds and nowhere for Dylan to chill. We've been apprehensive, anxious, totally focused and bricking it... It's a proper test and we've already created memories. Get out there, get yourself a dog and crack on with your new life, when do we see the paint job?
@@narrowboatnomads pleased your both enjoying it. I feel the anxiety bit but, there’s two of you ! I’m hoping to employ a few people along the way. Pay them with charm, banter and the privilege of having a holiday. The dog …. I’m going to wait for a bit. Maybe early next year. Let me know if you hear anything along your travels. Take care all 3 of you.
Great vlog guys. Looking forward to a tour of the boat and your travels and adventures
