@@dies200 It should be yes. A window in a window doesn't make a whole lot of sense but in this context they do need something to give the food through unless they figured out how to phase it through glass.
My headcannon was that there was some sort of massive multi floor complex under the actual restaurant, remember that post movie special where we were in the stupid duct system for 3/4 the runtime?
There's an actual episode when Spongebob got stuck on the roof and build a second restaurant there, then it snowballed from there Those restaurants ended up under the newest restaurant
I always imagined the patty vault and the freezer from the future episode being in a basement. The supply warehouse is confusing since it's clearly shown to be in the same spot as the restroom. Also I'm guessing the restroon is gender neutral despite the stalls
Anyone remember the Krusty Krab's "security system" from "Just One Bite" that was just a couple of buckets of gasoline and robotic hands that light a match?
That window in front of the office in the main room is the drive through. Also, freezer and pantry, not cooling chamber and wardrobe. Also, also, what about the fryer and stove being switched around constantly and the salad bar and condiments counter and utensils counter being swapped in and out?
@MemenatorNOT most likely is either British, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander etc. As the terms used in the US are different than across the Commonwealth nations.
@@joshcooldudeyeah I personally thought he sounded more German. I'm pretty sure in British English, a stove is called either a cooker, or just an oven (Americans use "oven" too). Although it's a grill, not a stove.
Hell yeah another Spongebob youtuber emerging right here 👀 Im looking forward to see more of those kinds of anomaly videos about other houses for example Patrick's, Sandy's, Mr. Krabs' house etc.
In SB-129 you can see the freezer in a different place, its in the kitchen in the corner between the dining room and toilets but in the same episode it switches to where the office should be
I feel like the layout is a type of plot/story driven type of deal. Edit: also, there is 2 other episodes you missed. One is the krusty krab training video, the other is where SpongeBob takes a break, the room appear to be in between where the restrooms and kitchen is.
@zsombor_99 The only time that we see it, it does reside between the kitchen and the restrooms. Which doesn't exactly make sense because of how close the 2 rooms are.
At 10:37 that wood you see on the outside is the “Wood Trim” which is more like a huge wooden step that just goes around all sides, you normally see this trim on the front and sides of the Krusty Krab.
You forgot to mention the Season 1 Episode "SB-129", where Squidward hid inside of the freezer of the Krusty Krab. Also, consider writing and reading off of a script to sound clearer and more fluent.
Yeah, that episode kinda confirmed the freezer, but also another room was showed which ended up cutting up Squidward like apple peel... What about that? 🤔
You forgot something important about the wardrobe! In the episode where Patrick needs a job, Mr Krabs gave him the order to fill the ice cubes from the wardrobe into a barrel. So, its purpose is storing ice cubes for some reason.
One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes there is a conventional oven at the back wall of the kitchen, it is used in the episode Krusty Dogs and serves as part of the background in a few others. And what about the Krusty Krab’s partial second floor on top of the entire back area? It didn’t exist in the first episode but it showed up afterwards. From what I can tell its either a storage area because there are stacked cans, crates, and even an anchor, or it is probably just there for decoration to add to the dining experience. The interesting thing is that it is never interacted with, it pretty much plays the same role as Spongebob’s pet clam Shelly.
In the game SpongeBob employee of the month we can open wardrobe. Theres a pin up poster with Sandy, mops, extra pants and some random stuff. So its like a storage for spongebobs work equipment.
In your shoe's untied. You forgot that the grill moved to the other side of the kitchen. The fryer is supposed to be at the right side of where the grill is supposed to be. The sink is supposed to be at the right side of the kitchen.
Just ever so slightly disappointed that the episode of patrick working the shredder in what should be the restroom wasn't mentioned as it's one of the times the room had something unique in it.
9:24 I imagine this could be a dividing room for seperate men's/women's bathrooms but then theres the space limitation so then I thought maybe its a sink room for whatever reason, but im pretty sure the bathroom has sinks in it so I don't know otherwise
5:35 when it comes to those rooms changing and all I all ways headcannon that the room can be changed like if an employee wants to go to the warehouse or a different room that isn’t the bathroom then a pulley system of sorts will switch the rooms around for what is needed at that moment in time.remember that one episode where they go through the vents a find a whole vent system that leads to hidden rooms under the crazy patty? I like to think they change them off camera so it’s more of a smooth transition and all. And the rooms when not need are just pulled and hidden underground until needed
sometimes, it's worth having a 3d model your animators can reference so they know what they're drawing. it's one thing to draw a bill on a bill for a bill cap, it's also ok to have a character be in the foreground as one of your main actors also existing seemingly in the background. But geographic landmarks and buildings and such things should be fairly consistent.
Surely the 'wardrobe' is an industrial refrigerator? These are common in restaurant kitchens. In the US they are also quite common in people's homes too, and starting to be more common in people's homes where I am in the UK.
I'm thinking that there must be a hallway before you get into the restroom at the krusty krab. The steel door with a porthole leads into a hallway with one steel door leading to that warehouse, and two wooden doors leading to the bathrooms. Looking out the wooden door and seeing a steel door couldn't be explained otherwise
10:53 I also saw the weird perspective thing at first but my eyes adjusted to the image and it looks like a wooden block - probably a part of the trim around the bottom of the whole building. it looks like the dumpster isn't right up against the wall so i think that's probably also in front of more trim that we can't see in this shot.
so in short other than finally getting the office room actualy in the right place... there should be an extra building size for the bathrooms and the store rooms. and sometimes it should be a longer krusty crab.. would have to be another 16 foot longer... then have the extra room for a freezer, a warehouse, and exit behind the kitchen. to be working functionally.
i thought the kitchen door (the one that goes to the office) went to a storage freezer/closet, bc i remember watching an episode where the jellyfish queen goes in there and puts all the bodies in there
You forgot to mention “Krabby Land”, SpongeBob comes in Mr Krabs office through the side door & it’s a freaking dark ass hallway instead of the kitchen.
I have never watch too much of SBSP, but from the analysis I have seen of it, as pointed out before, I'll go with the variations attributed to the number of times the Krusty Krab and Bikini Bottome have been destroyed, heck nothing stays the same.
Theory: at 9:42, the room between the wooden and metal door is a hallway, and to the side, there in another door into the storage room, and the way it looks like one big room is from the pespective
I suppose the SpongeBob writers just add new features and layouts whenever the plot demands it. Kind of frustrating as a viewer to not have that continuity though, but whatever🤗
Anyone can agree that blueprint is the most correct layout of the Krusty Krab! But where they storing all the ingredients and the plates for the burgers?? 🤔
There are 6 rooms not 3, there are 3 rooms behind the dining hall and there are three rooms behind it, the office window is connected to the side, not all 3 rooms in the second row have a door to the rooms Infront, the warehouse and the boiler room are behind the kitchen and bathroom and you can only enter them through a door behind the bathroom and the vault is behind the office and connects only to the office through a door, it also has a window and the back entrance, every time you see a character walk into the office and look at the back he is actually in the vault room
He forgot an episode. 😮the one that has sqidward gets stuck in the freezer for 30 billion years later. And know what else I think who heard sqidward 's panic ing is plankton and Karen because they live and work right across the street from the krusty Krab.and also Gary probably heard sqidward panicking. I always thought that the places change regularly since they get destroyed all the time and rebuild.
that also explains why Mr.krabs is cheap
Good point, lol.
It is crazy that there’s literally no other burger place besides his
I assume he made more, there's already a second one in the first film
Me too! It seems like every place gets destroyed at least once a season
As often as SpongeBob destroys everything, it's not surprising that the Krusty Krab changes a lot, lol.
