  • President-elect Donald Trump’s promise to end the Ukraine war “in 24 hours” could see Kyiv being forced to give up territory to Russia. So says John Bolton, who worked in Trump’s previous administration. He tells the Daily T what he expects from foreign policy under Trump 2.0.

Leaving NATO also means no article 5 support to US which US so far had relied on, and 2nd and foremost - the defense industry in US can start to lay off employees - Kongsberg, SAAB, Thales, Rheinmetall embrace for impact, xmas comes early this year.

Because, unlike us, he was one of the people in the room with Donald Trump and witnessed what he said & did first hand. Some others were Generals, Kelly, Mattis, McMaster, and Milley.

Ukraine can say no to Trump. They are doing well against Russia with minimal help from us. They are doing very well manufacturing their own weapons.
    And Europe CAN help.

I remember when J Bolton was appointed by Trump 45, and how he was being described, his reputation apparently preceded him in many minds. But he seemed a "stable genius" from his appointment to now.
Nice to see him popping up for comment again in this era.

      Hahahahahahaha.
First: the tariffs he wants to impose is gonna get foreign products more expensive for Americans, other nations are gonna put tariffs in place as well resulting in less trade and therefor less income.
Second: tRump is not gonna get inflation down as it’s a worldwide problem. He most definitely fooled his voters with this one.
What will happen is a tax break for his billionaire friends and another record breaking increase of the deficit (his first term added a record breaking 7.8 trillion to America’s debt) and the average American will end up paying for these costs.
