I’ve got a bottle of Acqua Di Gio from Christmas 2012 that’s still going strong, but I really would hate for one to go bad. It’s crazy I haven’t had that happen yet since before I got into fragrances I’ve had some cologne spend hours sitting in my vehicle in Hottttt summers. Just gotten lucky so far. I don’t commit these sins anymore though:)

Im a girl, 24 yrs old and 3 years ago i smelled Bvlgari Man in Black. Till this day it is the only mens perfume I own and it is my favourite... soo sexy. Even though I never wear it as its so masculine, but everyday before i go to sleep i spray it on my pillow and imagine my manly man sleeping next to me lmao 😋🙈🤷🏻♀️
Fortunately my Amara doesnt have that(yet). I did have to replace the sprayer top of my PH jist me, but I really dont mind for the price, great juice. This does make me think twice about getting that Man bottle though lol

BUT i get what you mean, I spray this on my collar bones and back of my neck so I dont directly smell the strong openning. This is one of those frags you need to experience as an air bubble and not directly off skin, and def not for everyone. You could try mixing this up with something sweeter, I used just me over this and it turned down the bitter tone a notch.

For some reason neroli and bergamont just hit my nose like poison but I know exactly what you mean about not getting too upclose to a heavy spray. I will admit it’s better when you get a small, distant whiff an hour after application. I’ll try to layer it like you said

Just picked up Wanted by night. I sprayed it on at Macys and walked around with my gf for a few hrs. When my gf smelled it on me at Macys she lost her mind. I had to go back and buy it. The dry down is incredible on my skin. Everyone's taste is different so I get that. But for cool summer evenings leading into fall, I'm going to enjoy this one a lot. Man in Black to me smells way too "old man".
Nice list ladies. Azzaro wanted by night, adg profumo and valentino uomo intense are my biggest compliment getters. I love bvlgari man in black also but have held off buying it because the atomizers suck! Tried bvlgari mib and bvlgari wood essence in a store and both atomizers were buggered!
Azzaro becomes VERY masculine as the fruit dies down. This is NOT a safe scent. Try on skin a few times before buying as it differs greatly from the tester over time. It's also quite powerful!

Whenever i thought of Bvlgari MiB, i’d aways think about my dad because he’s worn it - that said, its scent would automatically reminds me of an older (like 50) rich man which isn’t really my thing. But then a close friend of mine actually wears this daily (he’s like early 20-ish) and somehow he smells hot - like, before i’d smell an explosion of spices and all that heavy stuff, but with my friend, it smells somewhat sweet, warm and inviting, like i wanna take a bite or something. But i can still sense the spices and woods (?) though, but not as much
In my opinion, Demi, of your top, my best designer men perfums, for scent, duration, price and sillage are: 1) Azzaro Wanted by Night (marvelous scent). Bulgari Men in Black was reformuled and nowadays unfortunately it almost has not duration. 2) Bentley For Men Intense (long duration, affordable price and is an authentic male scent) 3) CH Men Privé, sadly descontinued, great party "bad boy" scent with soft leather tone and liquor touch. 4) Armani Acqua di Giò Profumo. Nowadays, 2023, sadly descontinued; in my opinion, the best classic AdG EDT flanker, with amazing flavour, citrus fresh, versatile, mature and nocturnal with rosemary and incense tones. Dior Sauvage (EDT specially) is a great parfum, too but today It's super super popular and is smelt a lot, everywhere; in short: ex-boyfriend odor). 5) Guerlain L'Homme Ideal (and all the saga) is a great parfum; quality, elegance and great scent (and women love it). That sprayer on my bottle is definitely temperamental at times as it was so aptly demonstrated by Shelby! ROFLMAO I also have a bottle of Bvlgari Man in Black Essence which I like even more than Man in Black. Shelby, when I bought that bottle of GA Acqua Di Gio Profumo, I never envisioned it going where you just put it! You must reaaaaaly like it a lot!! LOL Great job, keep em comin!

At least the actual formulation, can hold up to 12+ hours in your clothes and 8+ hours in your skin. Easily, the projection is enormous and the sillage is way out of the park, you get into al elevator and that would be smelling like you for like the 5 or 10 minute after you leave. I was skeptical about it to, mostly because I own a lot of fragrances that stand out, but once I tried it, I immediately realize that Wanted day night would be my go to. At the very start you probably won't like it that much, but let it dry for the next 15 minutes and you will see what I'm taling about.

Must agree here 👍. Thanks for including a Bvlgari. I got mine recently 🙂. Not disappointed at all. Smells very mature and extremely classy. Performance and longevity is similar to Dior Sauvage. Lasts forever. Impossible to even wash it off with a strong soap hehe. Love it! 😀. Thanks for showing the sprayer on it. I was thinking did i only got the malfunctional one haha. What i can tell you... Unfortunatelly for Bvlgari, only Man in Black. I realized that only this one lasts. It's so sad because their smell is incredible, unique and most masculine if you ask me. Only the longevity is disappointing 👎. All though one which is really great and the best to me is YSL Y Le Parfum. Now this one is a killer 💥. Stays 10+ hrs on the skin (if not more), 10 days on clothes 🤣. The best one i ever tried in any aspect. Depends on a different body chemistry in people. But on me it really lasts and smells amazing. Each time i use it, compliments are all over the place 😅, and i'm catching them in the air haha.
The other day I was at a dept. store comparing CH and the Pure Malt, I sprayed one in each arm, at first I thought the CH was better, because of the opening, but as time progressed, I fell in love with Pure Malt. It smells better in the long run and lasts a lot longer.
Good choices girls. Roberto Cavalli Uomo is a killer fragrance. Is got that good!, good!. Is an elegant honey based fragrance of good quality. Aqua Di Gio is just superb. I get many compliments when I wear it!

I don't get why everybody will say Spicebomb, is it the Extreme one? I haven't yet tried Spicebomb Extreme so maybe that's why, because Spicebomb EDT smells like Histoires Perfumes Hemingway 1899 or to a degree, like Cremo's Spice and Black Vanilla. But regular Spicebomb smell nothing like MIB to me.
You should try Maison Margiela Replica By the Fireplace.. It's unisex and I love this one so much.. I got so many compliments with this one from both boys and girls...
Wanted to say thank you. Watched a few channels on fragrances but I like your style and hearing a woman's perspective. I am very particular and was turned off to fragrance shopping years ago and just stuck with CD Dior Homme Sport and not really cared as I like the smell and others seemed okay with it. But I have been wanting to have some additional go to's and it is overwhelming. However, after watching the way you reacted to The One EDP and Man in Black I had to try some samples. Bvlgari MIB is perfect for me and at work or evening it fits me and people say it. Blew me away honestly. The One, fits me rather nice too and it it presents a different spin in similar occasions. Also went with a Light Blue Intense for casual times. I do think that people "fit" certain types. For me I have to now try Layton and Dark Rebel. I am curious, what do you do with all the Mens scents? Do you just go around making men smell awesome or is their a man in your life that's like, "Yeah, I never have to worry about what I wear".... I could totally see you spending Saturdays spritzing guys in malls, grocery stores and events, saying, "You're Welcome" haha

I HAVE man in black as well. Stil tho. Nothing is better than UDV which is a cologne that isn’t manufactured in Australia anymore which is dumb because it’s the best smelling cologne ever and it’s cheaper than everything else listed in most places

A couple questions for you - do you find yourself more attracted to a guy wearing a tried and true popular fragrance that you’ve smelled a million times like aqua di gio, or a guy wearing something a little more unique and surprising (but not necessarily niche) that smells amazing, but not quite at the level of something so popular? be careful not to grow your collection too much. Fragrances lose their potency over time, and should be stored in a cool, dark place.

Good choices girls. Roberto Cavalli Uomo is a killer fragrance. Is got that good!, good!. Is an elegant honey based fragrance of good quality. Aqua Di Gio is just superb. I get many compliments when I wear it!

Hey Demi! Just got Bvlgari Man in Black (based on your - and Shelby's - recommendation btw) in the mail today... an amazing scent. Reminds me of Spicebomb, which I love as well. And YES, the sprayer is SHIT, but I love it anyway!! Awesome video, love it when Shelby visits haha. Cheers!!
I don't get why everybody will say Spicebomb, is it the Extreme one? I haven't yet tried Spicebomb Extreme so maybe that's why, because Spicebomb EDT smells like Histoires Perfumes Hemingway 1899 or to a degree, like Cremo's Spice and Black Vanilla. But regular Spicebomb smell nothing like MIB to me.

Wanted to say thank you. Watched a few channels on fragrances but I like your style and hearing a woman's perspective. I am very particular and was turned off to fragrance shopping years ago and just stuck with CD Dior Homme Sport and not really cared as I like the smell and others seemed okay with it. But I have been wanting to have some additional go to's and it is overwhelming. However, after watching the way you reacted to The One EDP and Man in Black I had to try some samples. Bvlgari MIB is perfect for me and at work or evening it fits me and people say it. Blew me away honestly. The One, fits me rather nice too and it it presents a different spin in similar occasions. Also went with a Light Blue Intense for casual times. I do think that people "fit" certain types. For me I have to now try Layton and Dark Rebel.
I am curious, what do you do with all the Mens scents? Do you just go around making men smell awesome or is their a man in your life that's like, "Yeah, I never have to worry about what I wear".... I could totally see you spending Saturdays spritzing guys in malls, grocery stores and events, saying, "You're Welcome" haha

The beauty of perfumes is that the smell is different with each skin. Bvlgri MIB on my skin smells strong and manly while being seductive.

A couple questions for you - do you find yourself more attracted to a guy wearing a tried and true popular fragrance that you’ve smelled a million times like aqua di gio, or a guy wearing something a little more unique and surprising (but not necessarily niche) that smells amazing, but not quite at the level of something so popular? Like “Y” by YSL? Second, do you think La Nuit & CH Prive are effective bar/clubbing fragrances, and if so, which one more so? Cheers!! 🍻
