Great job finding and fixing the leak! Glad you R & R’d just the right hydro this time. Looked much easier than the whole assembly.

You definitely have the patience of Job! But I can only imagine what the shop would charge for this or if they would've been as meticulous as you 💯👍🏾

I do tend to be a little overboard at time. It drives my wife crazy. She wont let me hand pictures anymore.

Man.....i thought for sure that the shaft would have to pull out to get the o rings on 🤔

I was worried about that. I had the thing apart before and I would have cried if I had to crack the case open again just to install those new o-rings, but they went in from the top.

Been watching from taking both units out to fix axle seal leak. I figured for sure that shaft was probably the first part installed in main case after o-rings were installed meaning a total teardown. So I suspect all other shaft seals can be installed from outside the case. I just bought a nice 2012, Z920A with 60" deck & 1,400 hrs. from original owner. My 1st "zero turn" on the farm. Spent a bunch to Tuff Torq for a seal/filter kits but I see it doesn't include the 1" plug cap below the pulley or the seal/sleeve between axle seal and axle shaft, Ugh. I called to confirm I do have the right kit. So far this is the only Channel I have found about servicing this Tuff Torq . Lots of vids about servicing the K46 in my J.D. 155c/48" deck I bought new in 2006 which J.D. lied saying it can't be serviced. At 705 hrs.,,, with new filter and Hy-Guard oil is now strong like new again. A huge Thanks to Thistle Hill Farmstead for taking time to make these vids.
