What is Therapeutic Foster Care? | A Colorado Foster Care Series

Trauma, behavioral needs, emotional needs - there are approximately 400 youth in Colorado who would benefit from the extra level of support therapeutic foster care provides. This new type of foster parent is a part of the Family First Prevention Services Act to ensure all kids can grow up in a safe, stable and secure family environment.
