It was my understanding Eamon can’t get around without his mobility chair so he is not exactly stoking the fire 🔥
Plenty of people are going through divorces none of our business. I don't know them or what they are like away from tv so any comments made are not fully aware of the situation.
To be honest are we really bothered, happens, unfortunately, many people go through this. Worse things going off in the world.

If Ruth was a good wife and looking after Eamon of his need of bad health, ( remember Ruth, those married words: "in sickness and health) he would never have to move on to a good woman who's now looking after him.
WHO CARES!
They were living separate lives separate bedrooms, as people including myself in sickness and in health period.
Ruth Langford is known to have serious jealousy issues ( as admitted by herself on Loose Women ). Discovering Eamons
considerable involvement with another friend probably tipped the scales. I suspect his Health issues over a couple of years
or so hasn’t helped either. Each busy pursuing their own agendas too and this is all probably the substance of a break.
