@@gabrielivan2538 So if fives was a "Traitor", why did Fox call him a soldier? The man did his job, he can determine if and when to use shock or blaster and in this case he chose blaster because not only was there the possible threat, but there was also 9-19 OTHER GUARDS with him that probably had their guns set to stun. And if that were the case and they did have the thought that possibly fives may die, it would be better for Fox to do it and take the punishment and not the other guards, some who may haven't been in the guard for a long time and it would destroy them if one of them had killed fives and then they got court martialed and shit. Fox probably would rather take the fall over his men. Also with Ashoka, when he first talked to her, he told her good job for capturing the bomber, and after that bomber had died, he said that he didn't blame Ashoka for what she had done, (him being under the impression that Ashoka killed her) but he still had to do his job and place her under arrest
@@gabrielivan2538 1. If Fox hated the Jedi then he wouldn't have listened to them what so ever. But yet he did when he was ordered by Skywalker to stun. While other clones insulted them and all, they clearly forgot that the guard was A MILITARY POLICE FORCE! NOT A FIGHTING REGIMENT LIKE THE 501ST 4. Just because you don't like the fact I'm standing up for Fox, doesn't mean you can't do anything about my job. This is so emotional
I can never say just how *badly* this hurt, what with Fives becoming my favorite character (in _all_ of Star Wars) and how immensely I relate to him under the effects of the drug, as I've a disability that makes it difficult to express my thoughts.
Just that no matter what _The Bad Batch_ does with Nala Se, I will *NEVER* forgive her nor will I allow anyone to forget why she deserves no sympathy.
I'm still not over this
this is the saddest scene and i didnt cry damn
Notice how when the scene ends and all the soldiers gather around, they form the shape of the Republic symbol
this was the first time i ever shed a tear over a show
10 years i watched it Almost a decade ago and it still Hits so incredebly hard 🥺
2:38 The way the scene plays out with the music intensifying will always be chilling because this is where the Jedi and the Republic's fate was sealed.
Fives was the hero that all clones should inspire to be like
The mission, the nightmares they’re finally over
1:43
Anakin says to get some help so he and Commander Rex can review everything from Fives when they refuse to believe him.
What have you done commander fox?!
He had reasons to, he doesn’t deserve the hate he gets
Did his job
Also, whenever a prisoner escapes it's protocol to kill them cause they are a potential threat.
2. What sarcasm was shown when Fox called Fives a soldier? I'll save you the trouble, none.
3. While other clones insulted them and all, they clearly forgot that the guard was A MILITARY POLICE FORCE! NOT A FIGHTING REGIMENT LIKE THE 501ST
4. Just because you don't like the fact I'm standing up for Fox, doesn't mean you can't do anything about my job. You have no control over it and if you somehow figure out where I work and what I do, good luck trying to get me fired for standing for a clone in a TV Show
@AlextheNascar_fan While I hate fox, something's telling me that the comments you replied to came from a very pathetic individual.
The loyalty and love the are troopers showed. He may have been at the time crazy but he was family and you never turn your back on family.
I just watched the episode and this is enough to make a grown man cry
along with 99, Fives death must be one of the most heartbreaking in all Star Wars :c
10 years on from this episode's release and I'm still not over it! :'(
Fives is such a W, which is why I remade him as a avatar in a game, RIP Fives man if only they've listened :(
Saddest death in clone wars
DAMNIT COMMANDER FOX
Before you put my head on a stick Fox was my second favorite commander
Now I might get hate for this, but while I do hate Fox for killing Fives and the actions he does especially later on, to be fair all he really saw was a disoriented Fives pointing a blaster at him and he didn't have any evidence of Order 66
I absolutely loved this whole story, about fives, knowing what could happen in the future, and its done perfectly, so it is a big event, but not big enough to make us question Revenge of the Sith.
3:30 hits hard
It's a shame anakin was wrapped around Palpatines finger and rex wasn't more willing to listen at the time. You can see it when he saves ahsoka how he has a revelation like "fives was right" going thru his head
