- Situated right on Bay Lake and sporting boat access to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Wilderness Lodge is one of its most scenic and picturesque resorts. The cuisine throughout the resort is carefully curated to complement the North American Western theme resonant throughout. About a year ago, Territory Lounge changed up its menu and we had the opportunity to experience this resort for the first time. Since then we've had multiple experiences dining at each of the restaurants here with the exception of Artist's Point and Geyser Point Bar and Grill.
This video details our first experience dining at Geyser Point. The menu was recently updated by Disney and we decided to try out a few of their new options along with their classic dishes. Along the way, we detail how to get here, the Geyser that this Bar & Grill is situated next to and take in the one of a kind atmosphere this unique Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. See our thoughts, favorites and if we think the new menu options are as good as the classics during our night at Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge.

Even though you guys couldn't get inside, holy cow! That food was right up our alley. I thought at one point I heard Geiser point was losing its touch. From what we saw here, I totally think those other reviews may have been slightly off.
This was our first time here so we can't attest to whether the restaurant has gotten better or worse but I can say that based on our experience, we thought everything was great. The classics definitely popped more to us than the new items but we still really enjoyed the atmosphere and cuisine. Happy we were able to show you a sample of the current experience here 🙂. I always like to preface with, every palate is different and theme park food can be inconsistent. Although, with how packed they're getting maybe take out is the way to go now. Thank you!

I love that resort. My favorite thing about staying at WL was stepping out of my room, going downstairs, walking 2 minutes to the boat dock, and landing in front of the Magic Kingdom within 10 minutes.

My first theme park "foodie" video in 2 weeks! We just returned home Sunday from WDW! Not only did we stay @ WL (POP and Poly..it was quite the tour lol) we dined at Geyser Point our first night there! Our wait to eat there was 70 minutes so we did have drinks @ Territory Lounge :) and then later in the week did do the Charcuterie board there and it was Ah-mazing.
Your Geyser Point meal actually looked a tad better then ours did ....and we ate on plates! lol We did the Vegan Mac and Cheese bites and they were pretty good (they tasted nutty? if that makes sense). I super wish we had the flatbread (but no one was feeling charcuterie) based on your review. We did the burger and it was ok.... I have to say the fries made the burger a little sad. Jay I love your comment on the "in house" turkey.... Sorry for my super long post lol. We rated everything on the TPF (theme park foodies) scale during our trip.

Poly is our favorite resort ever, POP is our fave value and Wilderness is our bucket list stay! Territory lounge is amazing, I found it to be a little better than Geyser Point. They definitely need to up their fry game. Haha don't ever apologize- we love hearing from you. I hope you had lot of high numbers on your trip, but from experience there's tons of inconsistency around the parks & hotels too. We still have a few Disneyland vlogs left to release and next week starts our holiday content- can't wait :) Hope you guys enjoyed your trip.

Great review ! It really is to bad you did not get to go into the lounge and sit, perhaps it would have been a different experience. We really enjoyed this review because The Wilderness Lodge is one of our favorites. You guys are so enjoyable to watch. We thank you for what you do.

Wilderness Lodge is a vibe!!! It's so relaxing and great casual bites. I'd love to do the Snow White dining one day. The boat ride to MK is so nice and less than 10 minutes.

My absolute favorite resort - have stayed there twice, both at the holidays - pure joy
Sitting in that lobby either by the gurgling stream or the massive fireplace with the magical tree done up is total Disney magic
Love whispering canyon - used to like the signature restaurant before the snow white dining - now not so much
Have somehow never made it to Geyser Point - but that turkey sandwich is Haunting me - I'm a sucker for a good turkey sandwich

We were able to stop by during Christmas last year. Magical really is the only word to describe it. Sam wants it to be the Holidays in this resort all year round 😆. All the food is great! Sorry to hear you feel Artist's Point is a down grade. The turkey is definitely worth a try 🙂. Happy Halloween to you too! Let us know when you're around. We have block out dates late December but will be frequenting as much as we can before then if not working. Safe travels and hope you have the best trip.
The food looks great. The burger looked really good. This is also on my list of resorts to stay at preferably during Christmas time.
Christmas time there is incredible. So many great food spots and a quick boat ride to MK. Bucket list stay for us for sure!

My number 1 was the Gibson Sandwich King at Boathouse but it's sadly gone. I'd say my #2 is the Kona Cafe Burger at The Polynesian and the OMG Burger at Raglan Road 🙂.

Okay so my top Burger used to be the Gibson Sandwich King at Boathouse in Disney Springs. Sadly it's gone but I'd put the Burger at Raglan Road currently as my number one and then the Kona Cafe Burger. I haven't had the stacker at Steakhouse 71 yet but I've heard great things.

the price for the burger has gotten silly. $23 for that, used to be better. Boathouse burger $19 and far superior. thanks for the vid
Agreed, Boathouse burger is, in my opinion, superior. Should be getting at least higher quality fries or onion rings for that price. Still a solid burger though. Thank you 🙂.
