Hello my friends! Today I am so excited to be collaborating with one of my favourites RUclipsrs + someone very inspiring to me, Immy from Sustainably Vegan! 🌿 I've learned a lot about seasonal eating via Immy's channel and am really excited to continue learning about it. I hope you enjoy this video and get some delicious meal inspiration! ☺ Make sure to check out her video here: ruclips.net/video/L1dePjp5rLY/видео.html
Yum!!! For hash brown, I like to pre-steam whole russet potatoes, then keep them in the fridge. When I want hash browns, I then grate the steamed and cooled potatoes and pan fry them with olive oil and spices on the outside (I don’t mix it through because it sometimes turns into mashed potatoes). They come out perfectly every time and feel like diner-style.
Thank you so much for the link, I just moved to Brisbane from the UK & this has been so helpful. Supermarkets definitely change their prices depending on availability& seasonality, & it's so important to eat seasonally for the environment 😊 can't wait to make some of these recipes
Where you live I wouldn't worry too much about seasonal eating because in places without climate extremes things grow even in people's yards "out of season" regardless of what those seasonal food guides say. Where I live which has substantially colder winter days but usually not close to freezing things like avocados, oranges, lemons, grapefruit and apples grow year round
I love eating seasonally! Btw, have you intentionally started eating less or was it just this week? I find that your meals have been smaller and that you don't snack anymore. What protein powder do you use? Still very obsessed with your hair 😍😍😍
aah just a little annoying tip from my side: if you use the sharp side of your knife to scrape ingredients off the cutting board, the knife will go dull quicker 😅
I’m glad someone else is in the Southern Hemisphere too! Pretty much all the videos I’m watching rn are from people in the cold and we have a heatwave here lol
A awesome what beautiful Amanda ate in a week video and a great collaboration with beautiful Immy @Sustainable Vegan. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Amanda.

So many good recipes, thank you! Try subbing protein powder out for 1/3 cup white beans or chickpeas in the smoothie, tastes great and so filling!
