I just bought a 03 deville and then I saw this video doing a rear wheel burnout and got all excited. that is the coolest burnout I ever seen a caddy do. yesss.
@ultogamma Why does being automatic makes you neeed peices of wood? with an auto put one foot on the brake and the other on the gas. With a standard you'd more likely need it from the time you drop the clutch till you hit the brake. Unlesss they're tied down.
especially since this car was near $60,000 new, and it was only a couple years old at the time of the conversion. I found a parts list. Google 572 DeVille and you'll find it too on a site called "mecum"
Hey robertbenest96, I gather that you dont know much about car bodies,Ive been a panelbeater for 35 years now and I love doing custom work and I can asure you it takes a lot of work to change a fwd to rwd ,dont forget you need a transmission tunel right through the floor to house the gearbox and drive shaft, its a job that I hope I never have to do
youre talking about the cobalt thats from gta 4 but since i cant get one im trying to make my malibu look just like one and add a 4.0 V6 and everything
@danielhattie2000 No you cant put down the accelerator and brake pedal at the same time. I tried that and it sounded weird and jerked vibratingly. I don't think doing that is good on the car.
The 2003 DeVille was a front wheel drive vehicle, 'stupid.' As a matter of fact, the Cadillac Coupe and Sedan DeVilles were front wheel drive from 1985 until the discontinuation of the DTS in 2011. I own a 1999 DeVille. This particular car is a conversion.

oh and what about your videos black ops ? a 96 maxima?the the one with the mercedes isint bad but before you talk about someone else you need to look at your self in the mirror first buddy
already have long ago.i dont know about your inflated ego but i dont upload my shit for a good reason besides most of my videos are old as fuck and im over that and the cars i build are pretty much for every day use anyway i normally dont show off that much
I just bought a 03 deville and then I saw this video doing a rear wheel burnout and got all excited. that is the coolest burnout I ever seen a caddy do. yesss.
Wow imagine the amount of work needed to convert that to a rear wheel drive.. o:
Just a body swap to a 1990s Buick Roadmaster I'm looking to do the same

Not too hard nine. Nine rear end from a Ford explorer
I gotta learn mechanic so that I can open a shop to convert FWD to RWD :)

I want to do a swap on my 96 eldorado. What the best route to go
To the bank. You’ll need to rob it. Otherwise you ain’t doing shit.
Just letting everyone know its a 572 BBC not 527
Is the ZZ572?
dude did the annoucer say it was a 572 ? Thought the title said it was a 527?

WOW, its even outfitted with RWD.
Did they switch the drive train to rwd?
absolutely.
Thts why I luv my Cadillac cuz they strong and luxury vehicles
Is this in springfield
Anyone know how you convert this to rwd?list of parts, prices, ect?
I wanna know too.
UnitedRecording I would do this but use a built 500 caddy.
cutting tools, a welder and a bit of bravery (cutting the floor pan out of a car is not for the light hearted lol)
especially since this car was near $60,000 new, and it was only a couple years old at the time of the conversion. I found a parts list. Google 572 DeVille and you'll find it too on a site called "mecum"
UnitedRecording cool,will do

Dude I always thought these cars looked like they're supposed to be rear wheel drive.
Cadillac was being stupid with a big sedan, big difficult pos Northstar engine and making it FWD.
I can't help but wonder if you looked up the word "awesome" in the dictionary that you might see this video of a RWD converted Cadillac DeVille...
+1
Bullshit.
im thinking about going for an all wheel drive mustang rally car next
AT 2021
@danielhattie2000 No you cant put down the accelerator and brake pedal at the same time. I tried that and it sounded weird and jerked vibratingly. I don't think doing that is good on the car.
why do you blokes need chocks under the front wheels for
@koolcapnchronict lol if its your boys you'd know the video title was wrong and its a 572. you can hear the announcer say it at 0:18
How can i do this???
Cadillac DTS-V!!!
@Paperchaser903 you don't turn heads with a deville, I don't cae how big ugly and heavy the rims on it are
If I did that in my 2005 Cadillac DeVille with the Northstar Engine and probably blow up!
@s10pickUup It's awesome. If I could only get my DHS to look like that. Ha
My thoughts exactly
@borgy98 well it brake and gas like i said.
Wheres my chevy fans 0:35 I almost died cringing
wow
And can I get the recipe
with all due respect sir his passion apparently is cars. not cinematography... with that being said there is nothing wrong with his passion for hot cars. thats normal...
damn i have an 04 deville. if it was rwd i would shit bricks lol
I'd drive that even if it gets 10 mpg.
where the fuck to i sign up?
I'd love to put spare tires on my Beetle and roast the shit out of them. I bet I'd win that contest, even with only forty horsepower.
i thought it's a FWD
Normally it is but that one has been converted to rwd.
oh and what about your videos black ops ? a 96 maxima?the the one with the mercedes isint bad but before you talk about someone else you need to look at your self in the mirror first buddy
9.4 liter engine LOL maybe 10 mpg isn't happening lol
