Yep, brothers, very gorgeous voices!! They had one such awesome music, they have a great catalog, you should definitely do more of them!! Love their stuff!❤❤ Thanks for your reactions, I really enjoy them!!❤❤👏👏
I grew up with this great group. Love their early music especially 60's-70's. Some of their early hits were "New York Mining Disaster 1941", "To Love Somebody", "Holiday", "Massachusetts", "World", "And The Sun Will Shine", "Really & Sincerely", "Words", "The Singer Sang His Song", "I've Gotta Get A Message To You", "Lonely Days", "I Started A Joke", "Melody Fair", "First Of May" etc.
These 3 brothers have tremendous range. Barry is just using falsetto in this particular song. They are capable of low tones also. So sad this generation has no idea what real music is
This high-pitched way of singing is called "Falsetto" and it's become their trademark in de early seventies. The Bee Gees had six platinum albums before they discovered they could sing like this as well. Not to mention a few number ones as well. The Bee Gees are brothers. The one on the left is Robin, Barry is in the middle and Maurice is the one on the right side. The Bee Gees are one of the most successful bands that ever existed. They are songwriters first and singers second. So they wrote, sang and co-produced practically their whole catalog. Which contains around 2000 songs. Well over 200 million albums are sold worldwide. Barry is in the too 5 of most successful songwriters. They even outclassed the Beatles in terms of the amount of hits they had. Although the Beatles were really groundbreaking at that time and were a great influence on the Bee Gees. So, you have heard and seen the power of Barry's Falsetto, but this is just one of the groups strengths. Take Robin on the left, he is an awesome vocalist in his own right. And by the way, he and Maurice are twins. Maurice has a great voice too, but he's the strongest harmonist and a musical mastermind. After their monster succes in the seventies the Bee Gees got blacklisted from the radio for over a good decade. Admitting you liked the Bee Gees often let to be made fun of. It was not cool to like them anymore, when a radiostation played one of the songs it was always with nasty commend to come along with it. Something they definitely didn't deserve. In that time they amped up their writing game for other artists and were really successful scoring number one hits for Barbara Streisand, Dione Warwick, Kenny Rogers and Diana Ross. They also wrote the theme song for the musical film Grease. The Bee Gees were super talented and for me, and for evert other Bee Gees fan we are so glad the new generations are getting to know the Bee Gees and their awesome music catalog. Thank you so much for your reaction. A dive into their vast catalog will reward for sure.
Actually Sir Barry's the second most successful songwriter in history, after Sir Paul McCartney. And Barry wrote the theme song for the movie Grease on his own.👍
The BeeGees are on video doing interviews so talk in thier natural voice and sing clips of songs impromtu with no orchestra or other back up. Pure natural talent.
This song was recorded as a part of a fund raiser and all the proceeds from this song went to UNICEF. It raised over $10 Million Dollars. The lead singer is Barry Gibb with his borthers Robin and Maurice. Singing in Falsetto takes training. This was the style of singing that made them mega stars and multi-millionaires. The blend of voices is amazing.
They were not show off .. Barry's super high falsetto was the trade mark of the Bee Gees ... this amazing music video was donated the royalty to the Unicel to help the children 🎉❤...so generous Bees...🎉🎉😊
He sounds like a regular guy when he talks. He can shift his singing voice to be this high sound or a more traditional masculine sound depending which song he’s performing. He’s incredibly talented they all are.
It's called Talent. No auto tuning back then. They take turns singing lead. Depends on the song. They can sing high and low. This is not their talking voice. They have normal male voices. They have what sounds like British or Australian accents. Barry the middle guy is the last living Bee Gees.R.I.P Andy,Robin, Maurice Gib.✌️❤️🙏🙏
Full orchestra, wrote their own music, recorded live, one mic, one take, perfect sync, no computers or auto tune. Welcome to the 70s bro. Hard work - not an hour in a studio with techno. Their unique falsetto identifies them immediately. And you asked about Barry’s real voice? It’s lower than yours - for real. This is raw talent. Great reaction! Check out Stayin Alive, Tragedy, How Deep is Your Love, You Should Be Dancing, and so many others. Also check out the 1978-79 Grammy award winners. They cleaned house.
Barry’s chest voice is lovely as well. Their range, harmony and songwriting skills are second to none. The Brothers Brilliant never disappoint. Musical geniuses right there. This was before autotune was even invented. True raw talent in this family.
This guy's disbelief just shows how the garbage they call music today has totally corrupted young people into thinking they know what real music is. Then, when they are confronted with the genuine article, they can't believe their ears. They have been spoiled by autotune, electronic manipulation, and other crap that isn't real music. Our world is going to hell in a handbasket.
Every generation got something... I bet the old folks really bitched about the electric guitar and all the other electric 'garbage' that followed. lol. It is nice that eventually each gen produces those who look outside their immediate box to discover music from other eras. I congats today's youth.
Yes Barry in the middle and his two brothers Robyn and Maurice. This was live and the proceeds were donated to unicef to provide for underprivileged children. Pure raw talent.
Really enjoyed your reaction and recap! Thank you! Yes, they are singing this song in falsetto, a technique they mastered. Their early songs ((1960s) were in their normal voices. Please check out their song “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow”. Another great song to check out is Celine Dion’s song, “Immortality” which they wrote for her and they sang background vocals. They were prolific songwriters too.
What's your problem dude. Across a career that spanned seven decades, THE BEE GEES have sold in excess of 200 million records, making them among the best-selling music artists of all time. The discography of the British-Australian musical group Bee Gees consists of 39 albums (including 22 studio albums) and 83 singles. Peace out.
Barry Gibb, the guy in the middle had a true tenor voice and epic high falsetto range. All of the Gibb brothers shared that trait even the brother whose natural & easiest vocal range was bass could do a high tenor falsetto with ease. The group is called Bee Gees as a play on the Brothers Gibb which was their original group name. They are all brothers and sang together from childhood. What you just watched was the actual studio recording session of this song. No sound boards, no tech gimmicks just them and the musicians you see playing live while they sing.
You cracked me up, man. OMG, I laughed so hard. Yes, he ate his vegetables. Yes, his hair!!!! Yes, Jesus if he were rich! Great reaction. Go deeper into BeeGees. Go back to their song in the 1960’s To Love Somebody.
6:20 what's going on now is called pure talent. These 3 gentlemen have always been fabulous at their ability sing the way do. Surprised ?? Younger people just hearing these beautiful voices are shocked not just you. Check out more...I'm sure you'll be unbelievably impressed...🎤🎶👍
It's so much fun watching young people discover the Bee Gees. They started singing together as children so that's how they could train their voices to sing so smoothly even in falsetto. I lol'd at "Jesus if he was rich"
They have normal talking voices, it's just easy for them it's called pure raw talent. He's not showing off it's just natural for him and them, Barry in the middle and Robin and Maurice twins , brothers .
One of the best selling groups in history, the Gibbs Brothers were fantastic. They changed their style of music a few times and were the faces and sounds of the disco craze in the 70's. One of their best songs , Fanny be Tender, was released right before the disco crazy and it was one of their best , I encourage you to react to that one next.
Gibb Brothers - Barry and fraternal twins Robin and Maurice (pronounced Morris). They are English and started singing that perfect harmony as children.
Their early songs were with lower range. HOW TO MEND A BROKEN HEART. Barry has a 4 octave range. They donated the royalties of this song to children charity UNICEF. In 2009 it was 7 million dollars
Barry Gibb (middle) has a normal singing range of baritone to lower-tenor. He's obviously singing an "airy" falsetto in this and many of the other songs from this era. A good example of him singing with his natural voice would be the song "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart." His fraternal twin brothers, Robin (long hair on the left) is really the only true tenor range singer without having to use falsetto, and Maurice (right) is normally in the bass- to- baritone range naturally, but is singing falsetto here. Maurice is a master vocal harmonizer, and can sing at whatever range is necessary to create the best possible harmonies.
They are brothers, they sang together since they were kids. They have broken many records winning awards with their number one hits. They had a younger brother Andy Gibb who had number one hits too. They are amazing artists. There’s a documentary on RUclips about their life!
A beautiful deep English accent. King of the Falsetto. 3 brothers from the UK who write all of their songs for themselves and others. 40 plus years of hits!
When they are all three singing, it sounds like it’s only one person singing the harmonies.. These brothers were beyond brilliant vocalist.. They’ve been loved and admired by billions of fans, including myself.. This right here is a MASTERPIECE… Their voices, the lyrics and the orchestra is MIND BLOWING…
These 3 brothers used to sing in their bedroom as children and their mother thought they accidentally left the radio on. Mom opened the door to turn the radio off and realized it wasn’t the radio that she was hearing! Barry is the oldest, in the middle, and he’s the only one still alive! The other 2 are twins (Robin, hand on his hips and Maurice, pronounced Morris, in the green shirt) and they passed in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Barry is actually a baritone so he originally sang lower but discovered his falsetto in the song Nights on Broadway. He can sing 5-6 octaves which only comes to savants who were born with a real gift. All 3 of them were born with a special gift! Some songs they sang had the lead part performed by Robin and those songs are just as amazing.
... if you want to hear Barry's natural "chest" voice, check out the video for "Nights on Broadway" performed on the show "The Midnight Special" in 1975. Barry's voice is quite deep on that song. You also get to hear Robin's vibrato voice, and Maurice sings the ending background vocals in falsetto.
The Bee Gees are one of the most talented musical groups of all time. Barry (the one in the middle) was the oldest. Maurice and Robin are twins and they have both passed away. And there was another younger brother named Andy, who was quite a bit younger and went solo with his brothers help. Sadly he passed away from a heart condition that most likely was due to his drug use. He looked and sounded most like Barry. The older 3 guys started performing in the 60s and just got better as the years went by. Watch Saturday Night Fever. Quite a bit of their music is on there. And just watching videos of them here on RUclips will amaze you of their talent.
Amazing group, with hundreds of hits they wrote all of their songs. Watch nights on broadway and you will see the range they have. They started performing when the twins were very young (8 I think) lots of footage on you tube. The brothers Gibb , Barry in the middle, Robin with his hands on his hips and Maurice. Robin and Maurice are twins and Barry is the eldest. They also had a younger brother Andy worth checking out .
Hahaha. Frankie Valli - Big Girls Don't Cry, Prince, Philip Bailey, Remy Shand , Roy Orbison, Eddie Holman- Hey There Lonely Girl, Russell Tompkins from The Stylistics singing You Make Me Feel Brand New, Mick Hucknall from Simply Red... Lots of men can sing falsetto. Barry Gibb does it very well but so did a lot of 60's male vocalists. What is special about the Gibb brother's is there were FOUR very gifted vocalists in the family and they all had the voices of angels OR yeah, if Jesus could sing I imagine he'd sound just like this because it's absolute heaven to my ears! Also, Barry can sing in his chest voice and in a pillow soft whisper voice. He's a beautiful vocalist and the brother's harmonies are unmatched. Robin (on Barry's right has a beautiful vibrato voice that is very moving as well). He sings lead on many of their hits.
All three have massive vocal ranges. To see their range Fanny be tender with my love, You should be dancing. To hear speaking voices Medley in Melbourne 1989. Brothers oldest is Barry in middle fraternal twins Robin in white shirt and Maurice (pronounced Morris).Gibb.
They are singing in falsetto, a method of voice production used by male singers, especially tenors, to sing notes higher than their normal range. All 3 off the Bee Gees have deeper natural voices. However, they use falsetto in many of their songs. Here's a link to an interview of the 3 brothers where they are speaking in their normal voices. ruclips.net/video/osNgv7Ndap8/видео.html
Barry Gibb in the middle. There are memes where Jesus complains about being compared to Barry. Robin Gibb is the one with long hair and no beard and Maurice is his non-identical twin, balding with a beard. Barry is the oldest and only surviving brother. Greatest group ever and great reaction.
Barry in the middle is the eldest of four brothers.. Robyn and Maurice on both sides of him were twins and they had another brother Andy who was the baby brother.. Barry is the only living brother alive today.. Andy the youngest passed away first at the young age of 30.. He also sang but solo and all his hits were written by his brothers.. A couple of decades later Maurice passed away and then Robyn passed away… Please go down the Bee Gee rabbit hole of amazing music.. Hold on to your seatbelt because you’re in for a beautiful ride… Ps.. Barry was known for his falsetto but the twins created an astonishing harmony.. Enjoy ❤
They have written 150 plus songs 51 of those were number one hits across the world. These brothers are excellent writers and singers since they were kids. Barry is the last living brother. They had a younger brother singing solo as well ( Andy Gibb) .
All brothers. Using falsetto. Practiced falsetto. They do have songs when they don't sing in falsetto. Started in 1958 as the Brothers Gibb. Barry, Robin and Marice. Robin and Marice are twins and 3 years younger than Barry. They had a little Brother named Andy who had a solo career with his own hits. All of them have passed on except Barry.
Barry is the the falsetto.. the oldest brother.. his younger brothers are singing harmony.. the twins.. Maurice and Robin.. can't mess with sibling harmonies.. this group.. the Osmond's the Jacksons.. it's incredible..
Their speaking voice was as natural as yours. Their singing style is called falsetto, like they do in RnB. But the Bee Gees are doing something unique as they are doing a three-part falsetto harmony and it is beautiful.
Barry is singing in falsetto. He is able to use his voice as an instrument. That is what makes them unique and uncomparable. They started harmonizing at a young age.
They originally sung with much deeper voices, then they stumbled on their falsetto voices and shifted to that. Males can easily get that high with the easy technique. Having that much control, skill and harmony is a different story though.
@@janetsilverhawk7204 That's exactly what I think and it's a shame. There is hardly any singing anymore. When I was at school in the seventies, we almost all learned to play an instrument and there was singing everywhere in school and church.
The shorter two are twins, in White the fist born, Robin and in Black is Maurice (Morris). Their elder brother with the reinforced falsetto is Barry Gibb. Barry is the only one still alive. All had deep baritone or tenor voices too and they all spoke normally.
They are brothers, altho there was another brother who was a great singer too, unfortunately all three brothers of the guy in the middle Barry Gibb ,have passed away. Staying Alive song of theirs was the movie with John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever . 😊
Bee Gees originally from the Isle Of Man an island off the coast of the United Kingdom, they are brothers, first bro left is Robin Gibb , middle bro is Barry Gibb , bro on right is Maurice Gibb, later in life as youngster’s moved to the UK , as children they emigrated to Australia still chid performers, but with the explosion of the sixties music scene the guys realised the UK was the place to be, and in the 1960s had their first no1 hit , the guys always first and foremost considered themselves songwriters before being vocalists, and have written songs for many famous artists, including Diana Ross, Dolly Parton and Kenny Rodger’s , Dionne Warwick , Barbara Streisand, Frankie Valli, to many other songs for artists to mention, Elvis covered a Bee gees song called Words, the guys also wrote for films like Saturday Night Fever and Grease both films starring John Travolta , Bee gees have had hits over four decades, they had 6 consecutive no1 hits in a row in the 1970s , and have sold over 250 million records worldwide, welcome to the phenomenal talent which are the Bee gees they have a huge catalog of amazing songs, great reaction thanks!
Sherry Baby & Loney Girl... IF you like the high Falsetto voices .... The Brothers Gibb... Barry is the last remaining brother, Robin, Maruice, and Andy have all passed away... pure raw talent...
Props to their amazing harmony’s! Maurice on left and Robin on Berry’s right are beautiful lead singers too. Barry is the eldest and Maurice & Robin are twins. The twins harmony’s carry this beautiful song for Berry’s incredible lead. ❤
And you should notice that they're backed up by a full orchestra. These guys were the most incredible musicians in song riders. You're ever gonna hear about? Don't tell me about Whitney Houston how great she was don't tell me about 90% of these other people that they thought were the greatest singers ever. They couldn't hold the candle to these boys. They've been together singing since they were 8 years old and they're the greatest that ever lived and will never ever ever ever be duplicated.
Go down that rabbit hole and learn everything you can about these brothers!! I've read everything I get my hands on. They will go down as one of the greatest artists ever. Barry didn't find his Falsetto until later in their career. He doesn't sing like this every song. It's just pure talent and voice control. Watch his chest rise and the breaths he takes.
Three brothers who can harmonize like nobody else. They wrote all their songs. Inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame. Barry the one in the middle with the Beautiful voice is the only one still living. About a month ago was Honored at the Kennedy center listen to Tragedy and Fanny Be Tender With My Love
Welcome in the biggest rabbithole in the music industry, with Sir Paul McCartney (Beatles) is Sir Barry Gibb (Bee Gees - the middle dude😆) the best songwriter of all time - 1135 tunes in 55 years with his brothers 36 #1 songs around the globe and 270 million sold records with 150 millions for other artists like Elvis, Janis Joplin, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Barbra Streisand, Tina Turner, George Michael, Kenny Rogers, Diana Ross 😂🔥

sweet i'm glad you're here
Yes Barry in the middle and his two brothers Robyn and Maurice. This was live and the proceeds were donated to unicef to provide for underprivileged children. Pure raw talent.

It's so much fun watching young people discover the Bee Gees. They started singing together as children so that's how they could train their voices to sing so smoothly even in falsetto.
I lol'd at "Jesus if he was rich"
Pure talent. Before auto tune existed. The Brother Gibbs, were the best! Barry, Maurice, Robin. Brother, Andy Gibb, also talented.
It's just so beautiful to that this generation is seeing what real music is suppose to sound like.
He can sing in any key.......its called being able to sing in any key
They have normal talking voices, it's just easy for them it's called pure raw talent. He's not showing off it's just natural for him and them, Barry in the middle and Robin and Maurice twins , brothers .
Tell him, pure talent ❤
@@frankiehernandez7184 I did tell him, I didn't agree that Barry was showing off ❤️

All their songs were & still are beautiful, they can sin falsetto when needed & my goodness what Men they are. Beautiful music. X more please
This was from the 1970s....so no auto tune - just talent.
I enjoy your eyes opening to the beauty of the Bee Gees. They are incredible singers. ❤️
A beautiful deep English accent. King of the Falsetto. 3 brothers from the UK who write all of their songs for themselves and others. 40 plus years of hits!
oh wow their brothers?? that's awesome
They have a huge range, just raw talent.
I love the reactions when people don't know about the Bee Gee's.
Amazing Voices Amazing Song Amazing Bee Gees ❤❤❤
They all have crazy big vocal ranges.
He has a normal guy voice but with exceptional range.
I'll tell you one thing, nobody is dumb enough to try this one on karaoke night.
They were #1 for years and produced Gold records! All three were married.😻❤🥰
When they are all three singing, it sounds like it’s only one person singing the harmonies..

I was fortunate to grow up in the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's. You have so much music to explore, you can't even imagine.
Actually, this is the lower spectrum of falsetto which has been around for centuries. Male sopranos are a highly sought-after vocal range.
The Bee Gees are one of the most talented musical groups of all time. Barry (the one in the middle) was the oldest. Maurice and Robin are twins and they have both passed away.
"Looks like Jesus if he were rich." 😂😂🤣 That's the funniest thing I've heard in a while. Thanks for your genuine reaction.
There were many singers that could sing that high...Lou Christy, The Four Seasons Frankie Valle
Yes.. Barry just looked like handsome Jesus 🎉❤..
Love his voice. And his songs. All about loving women
Greatest group to ever come out of the UK along with another fabulous singer, George Michael, oh, and not forgetting Lisa Stansfield.
They are instruments with their own sound. Beautiful! Grew up with them :)
The Bee Gees are the biggest selling recording act of the 1970's and the biggest selling artists of the Disco Era😮😊!
This is a Heavenly song....so they have to sing in such silky.smooth falsetto voice.... like three Heavenly angels..you know 😊🎉❤❤
All three have massive vocal ranges.
Staying Alive is fron Saturday Night Fever with John Travolta as well.
Thank you and they are brothers? that makes sense
Barry had a fantastic falsetto voice and a very deep chest voice.
A couple of decades later Maurice passed away and then Robyn passed away…
Please go down the Bee Gee rabbit hole of amazing music..
Hold on to your seatbelt because you’re in for a beautiful ride…
Ps.. Barry was known for his falsetto but the twins created an astonishing harmony..
Enjoy ❤
Love your reaction 😅 I grew up listening to them. They are awesome 😊❤
Only Barry's singing in falsetto.....along with his natural voice and high & low harmony. Then he sings 3 layers of harmony with Robin & Mo.🎼
No auto tune this was pure god given talent
Staying Alive was written by The Bee Gees, for the movie, Saturday Night Fever, not Baby Genius’.
Barry is the the falsetto.. the oldest brother.. his younger brothers are singing harmony.. the twins.. Maurice and Robin.. can't mess with sibling harmonies.. this group.. the Osmond's the Jacksons.. it's incredible..
Left to right- Robin Gibb, Barry Gibb, and Maurice Gibb.
They dedicated all of the proceeds from this song - several million dollars - to UNICEF. Lovely gentleman inside and out.
Just enjoy their super incredible voices..its ok .❤🎉😊
Their speaking voice was as natural as yours. Their singing style is called falsetto, like they do in RnB. But the Bee Gees are doing something unique as they are doing a three-part falsetto harmony and it is beautiful.
Welcome to the magical world of the Bee Gees, where your socks will be blown off!!!
They were great Iove them
Enjoyed that reaction, these brothers have incredible voices.
Barry is singing in falsetto. He is able to use his voice as an instrument. That is what makes them unique and uncomparable. They started harmonizing at a young age.
If you want to hear Barry singing "deep" with his chest voice try Tomorroe tomorrow, spicks and specks, nights of broadway.....!
Great song.
They originally sung with much deeper voices, then they stumbled on their falsetto voices and shifted to that.
Males can easily get that high with the easy technique.
Having that much control, skill and harmony is a different story though.
Hi, have you ever heard of falsetto and head voice? The man has a completely normal male voice. What he sings is falsetto.
Guess they don't teach about music in school anymore.
@@janetsilverhawk7204
That's exactly what I think and it's a shame. There is hardly any singing anymore. When I was at school in the seventies, we almost all learned to play an instrument and there was singing everywhere in school and church.
@@schnodderbacke6675Falsetto came out of Motown singers but I forgot who.
@@KGohBoy en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falsetto
The shorter two are twins, in White the fist born, Robin and in Black is Maurice (Morris). Their elder brother with the reinforced falsetto is Barry Gibb. Barry is the only one still alive. All had deep baritone or tenor voices too and they all spoke normally.
They are brothers, altho there was another brother who was a great singer too, unfortunately all three brothers of the guy in the middle Barry Gibb ,have passed away. Staying Alive song of theirs was the movie with John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever . 😊
All these Gibb brothers are great talented legacy.❤❤
Barry Gibb is the main singer and they’ve written dozens and dozens of songs for other artists that have also gone to number one
They've been together singing since they were 8 years old and they're the greatest that ever lived and will never ever ever ever be duplicated.
... Barry and his two younger fraternal twin brothers
Maurice & Robin Gibb ✨ 🌻🤗🤗🤗🙏🏼💞 ✨
Son los mejores. Por siempre. No habrá nunca nada igual. Ni cerca. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
