BOOM!! The boys are back!! I don't care about the standard of Subbuteo, I like the commentary and the banter between the legends that are Dave and Big Chris.
Yes, the Baby proved to be a fatal distraction to the Sheffield defence. When you've got only the one camera to work with, your options are pretty limited. Several other solo players who put their match videos up on RUclips have opted for placing the camera in a high-up position off the game table to shoot the whole field wide-angle. You get to mostly see the whole match and not have to worry about turning the camera back and forth from one end of the pitch to the other. But then you're trading away any closeups and of course there's always going to be those moments when one of you will be blocking the view depending upon the play on the ball. Two cameras would be "ideal" -- but then you'd have the added complication of having to edit footage together and that would slow down the presentation schedule. There will never be an ideal solution, so you've just got to go with what works best for you.
Great to see the fun being had playing Subbuteo and house rules rule ok! Given the niggly fouls I thought I was watching a 70s game, proper football when players were able to keep upright. As always a big thank you for taking the time and effort to produce the videos
