Heavy Vehicles - When is it safe to overtake a truck?

Before overtaking a truck ask yourself, how long is the truck, how long will it take to overtake, is there oncoming traffic, is there a bend or dip ahead, how far away is the next overtaking lane?

Something strange hap to me. While i overtake a truck in legal way ,someone from right joined on the road and turn in front of truck while i was in overtake. If i crash who fault is?

you should never need the horn for overtaking. And in fact they probably won't even hear the horn up in the cab. Position yourself close to the center line before you overtake and ensure the truck driver has ample opporunity to see you getting ready to overtake.

The road rules in all eight jurisdictions actually make it illegal to undertake, unless it is safe to do so. If you have to exceed the speed-limit to overtake you're not just breaking the speed limit road rule, but the overtaking road rule as well. This allows the Police to more easily charge drivers with reckless or dangerous driving if they make dangerous overtake maneuvers.
