Mostly yeah! A felting needle has tiny little barbs on the end that catch the wool fibers so they get tangled up with each other. The more you poke it, the denser the fibers get, and you can use that to make shapes or to stick pieces of wool together.
Between the soap carving and needle felting, you really know how to make these already relaxing activities sound even better ✨
