Good evening sir, Today’s motivational quote is “Focus on the outcome not the obstacle.” Editorial is related to importance of parliament in our country. In my opinion: - It is true that Parliament plays an important role in the country as without it, forming of norms is not possible so everyone must understand its importance especially law makers those who often are seen fighting one another in Parliament. They never think about the dignity of Parliament and people those who elect them as well. There can be no denying that the basic structure of the constitution is a prime part of the constitution and it could not be tampered, so lawmakers must act following the existing norms. In India, works are divided into three parts. For example, If the law needs to be formed, the Legislative has been assigned to do it, the Executive has been assigned for its proper implementation and the Judiciary has been assigned to uphold it. In 1973, the Supreme Court has given a landmark judgment in the Kesavananda Bharati Case in which it has been decided that no changes can be made in the basic structures of the constitution so all must follow it and the Judiciary which is an independent body must ensure to take stern action when someone tries to violate it. It is true that our leaders were given a lot of efforts while forming the Constitution so our duty is to make more strengthen so that development of the country could be increased. It is true that if everyone works following the norms and understands their responsibility, growth of the country can never be hampered. It is also true that the constitution gives right to everyone to oppose/criticize the norms, if the Government doesn’t work properly but it doesn’t mean that they can oppose any action of the government without any valid reason.
