Good evening sir, Today’s motivational quote is “If you want progress in life then let go the burden of old matters you are carrying in your mind, let go the old you, let it go. the speed of progress will increase.” Editorial is related to demonetization that has been implemented by the ruling government six years ago. In my opinion: - Recently, a bench of the Top Court has upheld the decision of demonetization which was taken by the ruling government six years ago. At the time of demonetization, the government had to face a lot of criticism especially from some of the veteran economists but finally the judiciary has upheld it. The ruling government often claims that its prime motto is to work on the basis of sustainable growth but its performance has always been not up to the level. Sometimes, it has been seen that the Government has little option to enhance India’s economy condition so question arises that what the RBI and other agencies is doing. There can be no denying that India is a developing country and if it wants to come on the list of developed, it will have to focus on how to overcome the drawbacks which it has experienced earlier else nothing can be changed in the country. Apart from this, India is also a populous country and if it doesn’t form any proper laws for curbing it, enhancing the India’s economy growth will be a challengeable task for the ruling government. It is true that discussion should be done whether decision related to the demonetization which was taken by the government was in favour of India’s economy or not. Apart from this, it is also true that blaming government is not solution to the issue, it can merely be resolved when the government focuses on demand and supply which is an important tool to stable the economy.
