Good afternoon, dear expert. I didn't have full-size headphones before, but I bought a Q45, and I'm excited about the acquisition. I want to add one very, very important point. Music from headphones does not put pressure on the brain. I'm not tired after 5 hours of listening to music. Oh, how nice to listen to Pink Floyd, Gary Moore, ABBA, the Choir performing acapella. I can say that SONY 3 puts a lot of pressure on your ears, you can just get tired in 1 hour.

@@Messup7654 everything is OK. Let's go together. If you put on headphones and turned on the noise canceller, now walk in silence. Then these headphones are not for you. Buy earplugs for 2 cents and enjoy the silence. If you want to listen to music in the fan zone at the final game - and you won't listen to music and you can get hurt from offended fans. I'll tell you about myself - I'm going to the subway in St. Petersburg (we don't have to be afraid of hooligans and thieves in the subway) I turned on the noise level by 70% and the volume in the phone by 30% and I'm enjoying the music. But everyone's ears are different and the brains attached to the ears are different. Therefore, I recommend that you do a test in the store. There you will understand whether it is worth buying or not.
Hello, Im between q30 and q45. I use them mainly indoor for classical, film and jazz/pop music. I believe that q30 are more musical if you cut off the bass.
I had issues with my q35s, I had to disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth because I could not use the volume buttons on the headphones. After 2 years the plastic part of the size adjuster broke on both sides. Also, they became very loose and fall off my head when I tilt past 45°. They still sound good but they don't make them to last anymore. I'm sure if you just use them at home you'll be fine but I give them the gym treatment. Still great headphones.
No comparison for me, the space q45 headphones are better then the life q35 headphones. I do own the q35 headphones and I like the q45 headphones much better. The battery life, the noise canceling and the better sound work for me. I also got the space q45 headphones for $100 instead of $150 so I couldn't beat the price.
The sound quality is considerably better than the q35?,I don't mind the bass being a little weaker as the q35 muffles other frequencies depending on the music

Love the review. I own the Q35’s already so not upgrading. My only complaints with soundcore is that they use the phone app on the iPad and the headband is really wide on the Q35’s which looks weird on my tiny bald head. I use the XM4’a also but would definitely recommend the Q35’s or 45’s for most people for the price to performance.
@@xXadambXx I have never been able to use LDAC on either since I use apple products. For just streaming iTunes on my phone they both sound great. ANC is better on the Sony of course but Soundcore is not far off. I like the fit on the Sony better. Just more snug to the head. If you don’t care about ANC I would choose the Soundcore.
For me Q30 is audiophile for beginner. Then Q35 is audiophile for casuals. Q35 are way way more warm thats the reason why Q45 tone it down. It such a weird situation where they OVER-Deliver on Q30, then tune Q35 to have same feeling with XM4/5. But clearly you cant fool Audiophile Nerds, and thats Q45 are just that but sadly the people i feel dont need as much.
Did you experience a audio imbalance with your q35's? Watching a different video and apparently its a issue among a fair amount of users. And which is better for smaller sized heads, I don't know whether to try and get the q35's or the q45's with my Christmas money.
Nice video 👍🏻. Correct me if I'm wrong, the LDAC all depend on the source of the music too even if your both devices is having LDAC. Then there is the bitrate of LDAC too whether you go with the 330kbps/606kbps/990kbps. By default it will be at the lowest (330kbps) and that if compared to aptx is is no different. But the others (606 & 990) might have issue with connectivity. So again it all depend on how you want to use it, and doesn't mean using LDAC will be better than the rest.
Great vid but, its not 15 dollars if youve already got the q35. Still got q30 and dont see enough upgrade here. Hopefully 2 gens will see a vast improvement.
@@nancyyy397 No, never experienced it, you might have this in pods though, instance, i got anker pods called liberty 4nc does leak sound, it has an option in the app called leak compensation, prevents this issue, and sound is mostly amazing.

Thank you for this video! Would you recommend buying Q45 now if I can get them for about $130? I’m looking for greatly sounding over-ear headphones with good enough ANC, and these seem to match my needs. But maybe there have appeared some better options 6 months later from release that you would recommend over Q45?
Headphones werent made for the bikini-waxed heads, you gotta have that follicle roughage to hold them in place! Love some Soundcore products, especially love their earbuds. Will likely replace my XM4s with them when they eventually give up the ghost.
I bought the Q35 and Q45 for the exact same price - $89. I will be returning the Q45 unless someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. The sound on the Q35 sounds much better to me. More bass but the mids and the highs are still clear. I customized my own EQ but it's similar to the Electronic EQ preset. The Q45 Signature preset is the only one with the bass boost. It sounds terrible to me. It tried customizing the EQ to match the bass boost of the Signature preset but couldn't do it. The bass is lacking on the Q45. But the deal breaker to me is the fit. It clamps down beneath my ears on my jaw line with too much force. It feels like I should be able to open up the headband more but I am all the way out and it still feels too small. My head shape looks to be about the same size and shape as Brannon. I tried it several times but no way. It hurts too much to wear. I watched a lot of RUclipsrs rave about these Q45s but nobody mentioned any discomfort. I just don't get it.
@@CM-dw3gh the 45 sounded tinny to me. The 35 sounds perfect to me. And it's comfortable. Maybe the 45 I had was defective but I could not adjust the cups position so it clamped on the side of my head. The 45 bass mode sounded terrible.

First of all, my friend, thank you for this video, I have some ideas in my mind, I think I will buy it, but I have a few questions, I would be very happy if you could answer them.I stay between Q35 and Q45 a lot and there are certain differences, to give an example; The Q35 can also use a microphone when using an aux cable or a computer, but this is not the case with the Q45. You can also use this transparent mode on the Q35 by touching the left ear.Or it is controlled by phone. Yes, the Q45 has a button, but I am very curious about whether it can be changed by touching the left earphone. I am really stuck. I would be very happy if someone who knows could enlighten me. Now I'm on the side of buying Q45 because ANC and balanced sound are important to me..
Not a basshead, but I just returned the 45 and keeping the 35 instead. Built quality and form felt a little bit better on the Q45, but the lack of bass rumor was totally right.. just sounded hollow and loose, whereas the Q35 is more tight & exciting in that regard, also could be too much. Plus they removed the 1 second side touch for switching the noise cancelling ON/OFF feature on the Q45, pretty useful when you have children at home with my Q35. ANC quality on both are 1:1 similar (to me), both kinda sucks to be honest.. but better than not having any.
@@themodularmodular How about the sound clarity. Are the Q45s better or can you barely tell the difference? I already have bass monsters at home and am actually looking for headphones that have relatively good clarity but still have bass. I also want to use it to watch series or work on music without my skull constantly buzzing from the bass.
@@PL4NTUM honestly, you might either wanna wait for the upcoming one, or get the Q35. The driver on the 45 sounded weak in my opinion, that alone makes the 35 sounds clearer. I have the Q30 and gave it to my musician partner, now I'm left with between Q35 or Q45. I prioritize ANC and mic quality, then on the sound character, I prefer clean with good sound staging. So, should I choose Q35 or Q45? They're only $25 apart in where I live :) ps: I'm just a click away from purchasing the Q45 right now hahaha.
I have a set of Q35’s, and I don’t see any mention of gaming mode nor HearID in the documentation, the app, and there’s nothing on the headset itself that give any indication that these features are available.
Love your video comparing the Q35 vs Q45. First off, I like how you do your video. it is entertaining yet informative. I subscribed right away. Will look at your other videos. I was waiting for the Apple Event in September 7 to see if they released a new AirPods Max and if they lowered the price on the new one or the old one. I did purchase the AirPods Max and they were GREAT but I could not live with the price I paid for them and so I returned them. To me, the AirPods Max are the highest standard of over the ear Headphone. I have looked at the Sony XM5 but they do not sound good to me. I have purchased a pair of Oneodio A30 and they sound really good for $60 ANC headphone. I also have IEM earphones KZ ZS10 Pro ($49)and I love them. They are clear and loud and do not register toward Apple iPhone hearing music too loud warning. Perhaps you can do a review of the A30s and the ZS10 Pro some time. Anyway, I just purchased the Q45 from your link with the discount. If the Apple AirPods Max come out and they are cheaper than before I can see purchasing them later. Edited comment. Forgot I had my Q35s I haven't used in like over a year. These things are banging. Will probably keep these. If you love bass these are the ones to get. You can feel it in your brain. (Usually have to turn up the vocals in the eq and keep the bass up only a couple clicks). I'm usually picky with music and I used to have sony xm4s. The sound is almost better than more expensive sonys, and more of a surround-sound like Soundstage. 👍 Definitely wondering how the space one is to the q35.

My q30 ended up destroyed. They still work but the plastic parts are falling apart and the earpads too. The sound is still good but with earpads falling off then the sound bleeds off. It seemed to be a common issue from I've seen in reddit and other forums.
@@juanesteban2963 my life tune headphones cracked along the adjustment band. Still great but looks pretty ghetto all taped up. Tho k I'm aiming for the 35s next. Or maybe just go with the 30s
Lol careful with that Awesome Band Choices… You may be dating yourself my Friend 👍
hey before I buy these I have a question I’m using the airpod pro 2s and the snd is good but I can still hear talking and lighter sounds which I was hoping to be fully blocked out. I’m hoping these can do that like if somebody came you and started talking you would have to look at their mouth to know their talking. Is it like that? I’m hoping for headphones like that don’t want to have to get Sonys? Anybody can help?
Love all your soundcore review Dad....but I love the most is the dancing it inspired me to buy the Q45 because of the dancing not the specs.....😆😆😆😆
Hello,
Im between q30 and q45. I use them mainly indoor for classical, film and jazz/pop music. I believe that q30 are more musical if you cut off the bass.
If youtube had an award for best unboxing opening- you would take the gold!
Hahaha your to kind my friend 🙏
I have been waiting for this!! Thank you..
How about the bass?
@@SKELLYWAG06 The bass is quite good.
@@joshuahendrickson4854 not the same bass like the 35s right? I saw in comments, like I"m a bass head listening to rap and things like that
The sound quality is considerably better than the q35?,I don't mind the bass being a little weaker as the q35 muffles other frequencies depending on the music

Thanks for sharing my friend 😊
I would have probably tried to do more with my channel but had a house fire almost 2 years ago and it set me back a lot.
But sound is better in sony ?
@@xXadambXx I have never been able to use LDAC on either since I use apple products. For just streaming iTunes on my phone they both sound great. ANC is better on the Sony of course but Soundcore is not far off. I like the fit on the Sony better. Just more snug to the head. If you don’t care about ANC I would choose the Soundcore.
@@eluv2401 bro hows the bass on the q35 compared to the sony

Welcome Aboard 🙏
i have Soundcore Life Q35 😁 and Now i have Soundcore Space A40 😁 Value for the Money 🥰 anyway Nice Review Mr Brannon
Thank you kind Sir🙏
For me Q30 is audiophile for beginner.
Then Q35 is audiophile for casuals.
Q35 are way way more warm thats the reason why Q45 tone it down. It such a weird situation where they OVER-Deliver on Q30, then tune Q35 to have same feeling with XM4/5. But clearly you cant fool Audiophile Nerds, and thats Q45 are just that but sadly the people i feel dont need as much.
I watched the whole video, but still got 35's sorry, great review by the way, thank you.
Top tier dancing 15:30
Did you experience a audio imbalance with your q35's? Watching a different video and apparently its a issue among a fair amount of users. And which is better for smaller sized heads, I don't know whether to try and get the q35's or the q45's with my Christmas money.
I got the 35s for $79 and at that price they are nice.
First of your videos I've watched and I really liked it :D Thanks!
Your very Welcome 🙏
Which headphones are more comfortable for people wearing glasses?
Nice video 👍🏻.
Correct me if I'm wrong, the LDAC all depend on the source of the music too even if your both devices is having LDAC.
Then there is the bitrate of LDAC too whether you go with the 330kbps/606kbps/990kbps.
By default it will be at the lowest (330kbps) and that if compared to aptx is is no different. But the others (606 & 990) might have issue with connectivity.
So again it all depend on how you want to use it, and doesn't mean using LDAC will be better than the rest.
I have the liberty 4 nc....I enabled LDAC and the sound got better without changing much
Great vid but, its not 15 dollars if youve already got the q35. Still got q30 and dont see enough upgrade here. Hopefully 2 gens will see a vast improvement.
1st time viewer. intro was like a Marvel movie. amazing. 'The dancing?... unexpected lol
Lol thank you my friend 🙏
Nicely done review, so informative, I just got the q45, truly amazing, and yep, I'm enjoying this gr8 app, I'm gonna call you cool daddy :D
do the q45s leak sound?
@@nancyyy397 No, never experienced it, you might have this in pods though, instance, i got anker pods called liberty 4nc does leak sound, it has an option in the app called leak compensation, prevents this issue, and sound is mostly amazing.
Blows my mind the auto pause feature was taken away. Q35's had it why not these too? Is a very useful feature. Not sure what they were thinking.
They prob took em off for people like me who use them in the gym and hate having their music turn off randomly. I turned that off and loved every min of it!
Space Q45 DOES HAVE Hear detection. just bought myself a pair and just set it up :)
Nice review. I was stuck between getting the Q35 or the Q45. I think ill get the 35. Plus they come in pink lol.
Awesome rewiew, Soundcore's app is amazing, I'm a big fan too.
Funny and FIRE Reviews Bro 💪🏼🐐🔥
I Love your reviews all the way from South Africa. Would you please do a review on Audio Technica ATH M50xbt2.
🎧 Do you think Soundcore q35 is better than Powerbeats wireless 3 ?
Bit strange the 45's require an EQ setting to sound better. Was hoping the neutral sound would be exceptable with a good source (amp)
@@CM-dw3gh the 45 sounded tinny to me. The 35 sounds perfect to me. And it's comfortable. Maybe the 45 I had was defective but I could not adjust the cups position so it clamped on the side of my head. The 45 bass mode sounded terrible.

@@Messup7654 I'm not sure. I don't have the Airpods to compare. But these Soundcores do a good job with ANC, although I can still hear someone a bit if the sound is paused. But if I'm playing audio, I cannot hear anybody talk to me with ANC on.
First of all, my friend, thank you for this video, I have some ideas in my mind, I think I will buy it, but I have a few questions, I would be very happy if you could answer them.I stay between Q35 and Q45 a lot and there are certain differences, to give an example;
The Q35 can also use a microphone when using an aux cable or a computer, but this is not the case with the Q45.
Hold the volume up or down buttons to go next or previous track
Not a basshead, but I just returned the 45 and keeping the 35 instead. Built quality and form felt a little bit better on the Q45, but the lack of bass rumor was totally right.. just sounded hollow and loose, whereas the Q35 is more tight & exciting in that regard, also could be too much. Plus they removed the 1 second side touch for switching the noise cancelling ON/OFF feature on the Q45, pretty useful when you have children at home with my Q35. ANC quality on both are 1:1 similar (to me), both kinda sucks to be honest.. but better than not having any.
Is the bass really that bad?
@@PL4NTUM not bad, just really loose and lack of kick
@@themodularmodular How about the sound clarity. Are the Q45s better or can you barely tell the difference? I already have bass monsters at home and am actually looking for headphones that have relatively good clarity but still have bass. I also want to use it to watch series or work on music without my skull constantly buzzing from the bass.
@@themodularmodular Thanks btw. for the instant Answer! ❤️
@@PL4NTUM honestly, you might either wanna wait for the upcoming one, or get the Q35. The driver on the 45 sounded weak in my opinion, that alone makes the 35 sounds clearer. With discounts in Amazon it was a no brainer for me. I’ll spend my big money for the next big thing next year, this is a perfect pair for the gap.
Nice. Very insightful review! Am confused which to buy between Q45 and XM4!
Any lag in audio while watching movies etc.?
g to xm5
Omg... Seriously, Soundcore? I literally just bought the Q35 TWO days ago. Lol. Although, I may still end up keeping the Q35. I LOVE the blue color on the Q35.

What's your recommendation for 1st purchase. Q35 or Q45?
Which one did you get
Excellent video, do you prefer inner ear buds or headphones? :) have fun in Vegas.
Thank you...
It just depends on what activities I'm doing...
Like if I'm on my Mac I'll use Headphones but if I'm outside cutting grass I'll use buds
Q45 cups look larger. Have you compared side by side? I thought the Q35 uses a lower quality foam?
I have a set on the way Sunday. Sound ID I never liked any way. Should be a great upgrade to my Q30s

Got the Q45s for $100 on Cyber Monday!
I got the q35 and im really really happy with them the only downside is auto stop. They don't work properly. I was out for a walk i was looking down on the road and they stoped playing. Then i pushed play again on my phone and turned my head right and they stoped again so i had to turn the auto off. But somehow my battery is draining on q35 just used them 3hours and 20% was gone. No anc and ldac is on. But maybe it could be that i have the volume between 60 and 70%. I don't know why they drain that much i mean 60h should last a week at least with music every now and then.
what i would do is order the same ones off amazon then do a return and send back the messed up ones
Please recommend Soundcore SPACE Q45 vs Edifier W820bt
What about the wired vs wireless sound quality? And ANC on and off sound quality. I saw many people complaining about poor sound quality while wired
Nice video man..I watched you review multiple times before I bought the Q30 😂😂
These definitely the best if you want a a good ANC, HiFi, nice case, foldability, and brilliant apps which you can choose the equaliser..No doubt.
But. IDK, the bass from these headphone didnt satisfy me.returned it and end up with the Panasonic RB-M700..Better deep bass, satisfied my ear.
I have the Q30 and gave it to my musician partner, now I'm left with between Q35 or Q45. I prioritize ANC and mic quality, then on the sound character, I prefer clean with good sound staging.
So, should I choose Q35 or Q45? They're only $25 apart in where I live :)
ps: I'm just a click away from purchasing the Q45 right now hahaha.
I am split on that too, like Q45s are nicer looking and are generally better no doubt, but 30$ does it really justify the difference?
Now, i am in a same situation can't decide which one to get, soundcore q45 or sony 720, what is you opinion or what you have tried
0:00 laughing ostrich from family guy
I have a set of Q35’s, and I don’t see any mention of gaming mode nor HearID in the documentation, the app, and there’s nothing on the headset itself that give any indication that these features are available.
Is it a good time to buy the Q45, or are there new models coming out soon? Or should I consider other brands?
Did you find an answer?
Thanks again for you creative video. All the best to you.
Awesome thanks so much 🙏

@@BrannonNod Thanks a lot! Oh yeah I love the unboxing and of course I love your review. I have been researching this headset. I will now get it. Thanks again!
I found myself more disappointed with sound quality/soundstage of the sonys for the expensive price, but for the cheap price of anker headphones it's totally worth it. The sound is almost better than more expensive sonys, and more of a surround-sound like Soundstage. 👍
Definitely wondering how the space one is to the q35.
I just love the way you review headphones its very detail and straight to the point. Could you please do a review on skullcandy evo headphone.
Amazon in Canada has a great deal on both Q35 is 99 canadian ( 74 US ) Q45 is 139 canadian ( 104 US ) so i guess the 35's are still the way to go do you figure ? thx from Canada
Hello! I'm from Brazil and I really appreciate your channel.
In your opinion, which would be the better choice in terms of sound: Anker Q45 or Edifier WH950NB? Which of these two models would you buy?
Thanks!
If you like a well rounded app with tons of features go with Soundcore
If you like a premium look feel and sound go with Edifier they both have Amazing Sound you won’t be disappointed with either purchase 😉
Subscribing just for that shake test. I think I watched 10 videos on these things and not one did that. When I was benching today my the q45 fell off my head and genuinely ruined the whole workout.
Hi Brannon! The transparency mode is better on the q35 or on the q45? Thanks 😃
Transparency sounds amazing on the 45's
Which one do you recommend for a gym workout?
It’s hard for me to recommend headphones as a gym style workout only because they tend to fall off your head but most of them will be good as far as sound in a gym
