For those wondering how it works. Water droplets only form clouds because they have been attracted to some sort of particulate in the air; this does not have to be salt. The particualate will attract raindrops to form a larger raindrop.
particle
@@thafuga7979 particulate: "relating to or in the form of minute separate particles."
Aerosols are particulate. I've studied meteorology mate, I know what I'm saying.
Oh ok so we kindof figgured out how to controll weather, thats cool
@@burlyraccoon5029 salt ≠ more rain.
There are more natural factors which affect precipitation, than just increasing the amount of atmospheric aerosol.
Nature also does not take kindly to human intervention with natural processes... as we've seen. Im sure manually changing the rate and heaviness of precipitate will negatively affect them or the rest of the globe somehow in the long run if they aren't being sustainable.

@@Josher-fx1tc What did they use instead?
@@wafflemangaming282 yeah that's one of the environmental concerns with cloud seeding
How's that working out right now.... I think someone messed up with the amount of salt....
Congratulations on your success ❤
The problem I see with cloud seeding is that where it's done they get the rain, but it decreases the amount of possible rain in other areas like neighbouring countries or other regions. It therefore causes droughts in these regions even though the rain would habe been much more effective on the fields instead of a desert for example.
They are causing climate change
It sucks to be them huh
Well this can be fixed by evaporating water in places like the ocean so that it even out the amount of clouds and water
You watch one piece?
Alabaster arc all over again. But who is Mr 0
If God wanted you to have rain he would have given you rain.
thing is water is finite. so by doing this you prevent water to reach other areas. ecosystems will eventually and inevitably collapse because of this

The problem with cloud seeding is it prematurely makes it rain which takes away the rain from another area. This can cause droughts, which can cause habitat destruction. To add on we have no seasons in some regions in Saudi its summer all year round! Its absolute hell, intervention is needed🤦♀️
This reminds me about One Piece in the Alabasta arc they had a special powder called Dance Powder which is illegal because it takes water from other clouds and basically hogs it all into one cloud anywhere you please that's why the fight broke out in Alabasta. They thought that King Cobra stole the rain and why the surrounding areas are in a major drought driving people away from those areas
