😂 You would need a hangar the size of the a state to house this thing, or even turn an entire small country into a hangar just to service a plane of this magnitude. Plus entire airports would need to be overhauled to demolish entire neighborhoods and cities to build a runway long enough and big enough.

A limiting factor would be the landing gear. Pressurized rubber wheels have an upper size limit, around the size of the ones you see on big mining dump trucks.

You could get around that with water landing or more wheels or just huge skis, the limit factor is strength of materials, to support itself and other weight. Flying wings/lifting body were seen as a way to huge aircraft, then every part of it is just supporting itself while in air.
Its the same sort of stuff that limits how high we can build etc.
