Highlights from Guido Mondani's Watch Collection - Episode 1

Welcome to our video series where we explore the prestigious private collection of the esteemed Italian watch collector and publisher Guido Mondani, soon to be auctioned at the Geneva Watch Auction: XIX (11-12 May).
Ahead of the auction, we sat down with the Italian collector to discuss his collecting philosophy and the often very personal motivations behind the watches he has purchased throughout the years.
In this first episode, Guido Mondani talk about the timeless Eberhard Rattrapante Chronograph in yellow gold, obtained directly from an elderly Eberhard & Co. salesperson on their final day of work in 1988.
