@RedSandStudios I talked to them before a show in Minnesota, and they said they like it. They can have a beer with fans and not be mobbed like animals. They also want to earn recognition organically here in the US. They are really nice too by the way. I feel the US fans are very passionate about Karnivool though...at least the ones I have talked to.
9 years later - I'm in Mumbai, and I've seen them 4 times, including one acoustic set and they're a very special band to me and my wife. And I their album cover autographed. Thank you for sending these guys our way.
I remember seeing/hearing this live at MS Festival in Launceston a few years ago. It was such an epic, thumping, heavy yet beautiful song and was so amazing live! Cheers for the post!
Totally bummed out I missed these guys when they hit Brisy about 4 weeks ago. Anyways.. keep up the good work guys. No pressure on the next album or anything... ;)
This is intense! They're so good, I saw these guys perform infront of about 200 people in Mackay in North Queensland in 2011, and they put on just as good, if not better show than they did here! Ian Kenny is one of the very few vocalists who sound better live than on the record!
Simply amazing, Ian Kenny is very weird live though, eccentric bloke in general though I think :P Nonetheless, I need to see this band live before I die ...
please can anyone tell me, who made this speech or who the guy is? I really loved this part featured in Change, but I never knew who he was :O. Would be great guys :D greetz!!
It's so weird how Karnivool is a huge deal in Australia, yet when they came to the US they played in a tiny venue and only about 100 people showed up.
That's because most Americans don't know good music if it was right in front of them, I saw them in San Antonio Texas and they were awesome
This will be a classic decades from now!
Prog Ride
they are the greatest band in history!!!
what a song. anyone who is truly into music should dig this! wow!

TOURING AUSTRALIA AGAIN! GET ON IT
That is what i'm fuckin waiting for, I have me a Karnivool fund set aside just for that day !
I feel ashamed that many out there cannot read complex songs. I am not talking like or don't... i am talking about understanding it.
que buena intro, that was fucking awesome
@WastePotato did u change it from 360p to 720p on the video?
@Doodooma Damn man you haven't seen them!? I have a video of them live on my channel. Seen them 3 times now. You must!
have you seen them yet, brother?
Simply amazing, Ian Kenny is very weird live though, eccentric bloke in general though I think :P Nonetheless, I need to see this band live before I die ...
haha nice! they really do remind me of Tool, I'm sure other people feel the same
I noticed that. They’re really good.
uffffffffffffffffffffffffffff que verga tan brutal (Y)
please can anyone tell me, who made this speech or who the guy is? I really loved this part featured in Change, but I never knew who he was :O. Would be great guys :D
greetz!!
who is the gentleman talking at the beginning of the video?
It’s a lecture given by a physicist In the mid-late 1900s
DEM VOCALS
It's Hans Jenny talking about cymatics.
Midi guitar?
what's with the bass sound?
@RPLx12 No stress mate :)
who's the guy at the beginning?
You don't know how many times I have said this for both American and British bands D=
it's one guy from Ancient Knowledge.
Google it, it's an interesting video about matter, atoms, sound and other things.
A little disappointed for for the bass tone, where's the distorded, growling bass? But the performance is still awesome.
@ivanNZL Your idea hasnt seemed to work yet.
go through proxy or vpn :)
If you've got this recorded in 720p, then why do we have to deal with the shithouse video quality on your site?
somebody turn the bass up!
Is it just me, or does one of the guitarists look a lot like Vass, from Far Cry? xD same psychopathic look as well :p
far away from tool , but they are great , Australian version of tool
WHY AUSTRALIA IS SO FUCKING FAR FROM EVERYWHERE AT ALL
he looks kinda like nick cave in that darkness
reinKarniTOOL
Ian @ 3:19 - 3:24
=
Epic Face
this is the worst mix i´ve ever heard. its even capable of destroying the joy of listening to karnivool....
