I have a X250D should I consider upgrading so I can get a proper benz engine or is it not worth the cost?

That’s up to you. The x350d is about more than just the engine. It’s also better off-road.

I thought the 250 was excellent. Till I drove the 350. Chalk and cheese.

You are wrong once more. The Chasis is not the same as the Nissan, just starting from the Wide. Is 7 cm wider, both Axles are different, 4 disc Brakes, Reinforcement has been done on the Merc also the springs are progressive the Body Wider. So don’t say it’s the Same Chasis. It is not!

Federico Kohler You obviously have no idea what you are talking about, I was an Engineer on the program and it is a re-skinned Nissan, same engine same chassis the only real difference was on the OM642 variant that had a V6 engine built at the Nissan plant in Barcelona alongside the Renault Alaskan, Also a re-skinned Navara
