I made a quick first time scouting stop at the Flying Cloud Aircraft Viewing Area in Eden Prairie, MN while I was out and about. It is a nice little setup although a bit back lit for the time of day I was there but I will return to catch some more general aviation in the near future just as a change of pace from plane spotting at MSP Airport.
Note, the Metropolitan Airports Commissions (MAC) runs operates 7 airports in the metro area; Airlake, Anoka County-Blaine, Crystal, Flying Cloud, Lake Elmo, St. Paul Downtown and MSP.
