ZoomX is a small portion and mostly in the heel, then the carrier foam is SR02 (like the one used in Joyride).

By far the most comfortable everyday shoe i ever put on my foot and iv tried just about everything. The plushness of the heel cup and tounge wraps around my foot absolutly perfect. I believe the reason the reacts felt more comfortable was because the foam was already worn in but those shoes did not work for me at all I felt them to be very uncomfortable in all aspects. The front air bag in the vomeros is felt way more then the peg 38. I believe the same foam they used in the joyride is what is mixed with the zoom x. Either way it is tremendously soft without sacrificing stability. Actually these shoes might be the best attempt at a super plush long distance neutral shoe on the market in my opinion. Way more stable then the zoom x invincible and the Asics novablast and has better rebound then the 10 80 v or the Hoka Mach. I don't really have anything bad to say about the vomero 16 at all besides I want to see more colour ways come out.

So would you say these would be perfect to wear while working and walking on concrete at a hospital?

@@anthonygato407 very similar upper feel but the vomero has a softer mid sole and ride then the 17 I have both and used them back to back regularly.

For both casual and running the Vomero " destroyed" the Pegasus this year !!
you need to collab with Rose Anvil and just do a monthly that looks inside squishy sneakers and if they are worth it. he did one on Hokas and i'm glad he did, because it showed that they're nothing more than giant slabs of standard EVA foam. i'd love to know how much (or how little) ZoomX there actually is in the latest Vomero.
The zoomX is caged in the foam and seen underfoot through the rubber slits and a two pad zoom unit in the forefoot placed on top of the zoomX
The ZoomX in Vomero 16 is wrapped by “SR02” foam and that’s why not squishy as full ZoomX foam found in Invicible.

I really liked these shoes as running trainers. The encased zoomx was pretty good at various speeds and in my particular case didn’t feel as unstable at slower speeds.
I still have my vomero 13 for jogging. And its definitely comfortable. Using for a year and half now.

I’m a Vomero fan. The Vomero 14 is probably one of the best and most comfy shoes I own. Didn’t think the 15 was that’s great and am glad I saw this vid. I’ll take a pass on the 16 it seems. I don’t like the look as much as the older style anyways. Great vid as always Hes
IMO 14 the best of the Vomero I have worn so far. I have not tried the 16.
Fairly Nike standard for the vomero and other diffusion line models to have small amounts of tech In them. I haven’t even looked but I’m sure after a few minutes of searching I would find that the vomero has a small amount of zoom x encapsulated into a stiffer and more durable foam.
Also I’ve always really disliked your argument about the branding having to be on the right component. It’s not like when Jordan’s say “air” on the heel tab that the air is in the heel tab. The branding can be anywhere on the shoe to highlight that the brand of technology is inside or included in the construction. That’s not pulling a fast one or false advertising at all.
I wouldn’t say it’s falsely advertising zoomx but it’s definitely not as thick as the higher end zoomx shoes.. and the air zoom unit prob stiffens it up a bit too

Tbh I’ve never been a huge fan of tech fleece, the style has always been too sporty for my personal preference. I do think it’s still relevant though - while Westbrook flaunts his high fashion heading down the tunnel you have Ja Morant and Giannis rocking tech fleece.
How about try a collab with rose anvil so he can cut it in half
Hes can you please check out the northface thermoball traction mule slippers!? I know you're making a video on the best shoes/slides for indoor wear and I promise these are a real contender when it comes to comfort and warmth for the winter and inside the house. I could only find one video reviewing these and it blows my mind because I think if someone with pull in the sneaker community like you reviewed these they'd blow up in popularity. they're good and way better than fuzzy crocs in my opinion.
does the vomero 16 feel softer than the pegasus 38?
Tech fleece hasn't developed style wise but it still seems to be popular.

Tried a pair of this, its way more comfortable than Pegasus 38, i won a Peg 38 and im not entirely happy with them, i will buy the Vomero 16 too.

I tired the Vomero today and it did not feel as soft as I thought it would. Couldn’t really feel the Zoom Air and X. Not an uncomfortable shoe, just wasn’t what I hoped for.
Can’t wait to see your Tech Fleece video. I still live in mine. Can’t beat the comfort and style.
True. It's not zoom X. I brought it yesterday but the squishiness is little disappointing. Seems duplicate.

i wear the 14. its bomb af. I deleted the flywires tho. and extended the short tounge with one from a zoom fly.
I think zoomX is incased in the SL1 foam (the joyride foam) at least that’s what I’ve seen.
I really like my pair of ZoomX Invincible but I went true to size and having wide feet I can only wear them for a few hours before they squeeze tf out of my feet.

Do you recommend these for high arches? If not, any Nike shoes that you do? (Mainly for walking/commuting medium distances)
runrepeat cut it open and the zoom x is mainly in the heel and then there's a core of it running thru the shoe with sidewalls of the sr02...also recently got them and comped to the infinity...they were softer for me (which is why I picked em up)

Maybe it's like the boost in the ultraboost 21 it's boost but it ain't squishy.

I've tried everything, will always come back to Vomero. The most comfortable for me. Soft, squishy, super comforbale, everyday shoe for me. Also good for long run and hiking. And oh always tfor me, I would take 1 size bigger since i have wide feet.
I know nothing of this shoe and I don't even really like Nike for that matter. These are really good in my opinion. I'm going to be looking into them now. Thanks

Get the invincible run, which the entire midsole is zoomx.

What do you all think? I’m taking a trip to Thailand at the end of the year and I’m in between 3 shoes for the trip. There will be a lot of walking involved. The ultra boost 21, zoomx infinity run, and these Vomeros. I really like the infinity runs but the stability worries me a little. The ultra boosts were great but not as soft as I thought they would be, not sure if they need to break in a little or not. But I can’t find anywhere around me to try on the vomero

Had the15's,full length react with zoom air,great on foot shoe ,an the rubber on the bottom lasted for ever,but I passed on these, believe zoomx is incased in react foam in the heal,for the same price go with NB 1080v11
I have the Nike pegasus 39 and they given my legs and feet all sorts of issues.
Tech fleece does not last long.
Per piece, tech fleece started at $100, but has crept it’s way up to $130. Not impressed.
Try the tech knit if you ever find it on discount

The invincible is full zoom X. This in encapsulated in the heel for impact resistance.

2 possible reason:
1) the 15 was only released overseas, and this 16 is basically a retooled version of the 15. This could mean that there was a change in advertised tech vs actual included tech in the update.
2) it could be like Boost, where there are different densities of ZoomX?
Either was, I fell for the Vomero hype and unfortunately own 3 pairs, which definitely don't come close to the Vomero 5.
Cut it in half to see if there is zoom x

I was just looking at buying a pair of the invincable runs yesterday but unfortunatitly all the new colorways for them are really boring looking, nothing that pops anymore, just some plain grey and white, black and white and lite blue and white. I would really like to get the original colorway with that orange in it. Also the zoomx in these vameros looks suspiciously like the react in the Nike EXP-X14
