- I know It comes with swappable keys but internal clips that hold keycap were broken .. thus key was not fitting in it .. as it was brand new laptop .. I came under DOA and I prefer refund then repair
Loq which comes with 13th and 14th gen intel HX processor have high chances of motherboard failure .. battery drop issue is also very common in HX processors..battery drop even if charger is connected if you play games in performance and custom mode

using loq for more than a month haven't have any issues till now except for battery drain while playing games in performance mode and lenovo has already sent me 230 watt adapter
Keep an eye on cpu and gpu temp ..everyday I get 2-3 people message about loq laptop their laptop motherboard dying within few weeks and month
If you''re using Ryzen in LOQ it will be safe i think, if you're using Intel HX be careful

Motherboard issues are only in intel variant not in amd. Also better to play games on external mouse and keyboard.

They already finished working on a bios update for the battery drain some influencers on RUclips will get the update first so to check the stability to insure best user experience. And as for motherboard dead issue it's is suspected that a specific batch of laptops has that problem. And they are investigating that, loq is like 90% of Lenovo income in laptop market. So they are not going to le it slide as if nothing happend.
Other brands also had their fair share of issues in the past and they fixed that like asus.
It's good to pressurise Lenovo to keep up the heat. I can understand your frustration 🙂. But people who didn't had any issues with their LOQ and may be never will be in future, will get scared and start doubting their decision of investment in LOQ. It will create mental disturbance.

Check the laptop have iGPU if not the heavy task like gaming it use gpu 1 hr is max for normal usage 3 or 2.30 hrs max .. choose the correct variant .. Gaming Laptop 💻 is not useful using in battery 🔋

Unfortunately aug 15th i bought i7 13650 HX 8 gb 4060 rtx 16gb ram Manf April 2024 laptop... Yesterday opened (aug 16 th ) the box updated some basic software and windows update and it hanged 2 times while windows updating ( i do not know loq hx models have mobo dead issues while i am buying) unfortunately i bought it and bought it physical buy on reliance digital Store ( no return policy like online)

its been 1.5 month an im using my loq without any issue, no battery drain issue, no mobo issue, no hardware issue.

It comes with swappable keys but clip lock was broken. So I couldn’t push back the key ..lenovo told me they will replace whole keyboard.. i denied that because for replacing keyboard .. they will have to disassemble the laptop completely..

Keys internal clip were broken when I received it and when I used it for day or two it came completely..due to broken clips it was not fitting

brooo i agree , i hope you see my comment . i bought an I5 12450HX RTx 3050 6gb 16gb ram 512 ssd in around april . the battery drop has been so bad since day 1 , it only lasted 40 minutes to 2 hours at max charge . also it doesnt run as good as it should , its not just an rtx 3050 its the 6gb one which is supposed to be way better but somehow its performing worse than a 2gb 2050 or even a 1650 . the fps on fortnite that i get even on performance mode is so bad compared to the old gtx 1650 8gb ram laptop my brother owns . there have been crash issues a little but i dont really mind them as much and same with the battery i would have not really complained IF the thing actually performed how it should have . i am not even lying , my moms i5 laptop with no graphic card that she uses for work and is filled with random garbage renders 3d models faster than this... overall pathetic experience , if you see this laptop with such high specs being sold for cheap dont be fooled it will perform way worse .

guys i already made my comment but i have been searching for a while and i might have found over a thousand posts across youtube and reddit complaining about issues and the laptop being dead 3 days after arrival . this might be the worst laptop lenovo has ever made ...
My loq is very good and it's been a week and theirs is not battery drain and and thermals are really good till now their is not throttling
Check in performance and custom power mode ..play modern aaa titles like horizon forbidden west etc
@@PiyushMishra4607 I am using custom power mode and playing fortnite in pro setting I peaked 1k fps and in br i am getting 240 fps in 4k performance mode I am avg 165- 190 fps also it runs gta 1080p at 165 fps max setting. Also can emulate ps3 games

My laptop is LOQ i5 12450h rtx 3050 2023 model and today when i was playing game and lines came up in the display and i tried everything to fix it but nothing works, now i might have to change the display now and i don't recommend this LOQ series 😢

Choose Asus brand. I bought Asus Zephyrus 14 in 2021 ( even today great battery backup, no heating issues, great build quality).

Bought mine this week and i noticed that the battery drains faster. It drains 1% per minute, is this an issue or normal?
Without charger it’s ok to battery to drop.. use in quiet mode with low brightness it will drop little slowly…intel HX cpu variant loq doesn’t give good battery backups

And new motherboard ka price jo hai wo Rs.40,000 mene ye laptop Rs.58,000 ka liya tha 2.5 years pehle. Agar apko simple official work karna hai to ap without graphics card walla hi laptop lijiye. Wo 10 - 15 years aram se chal jayega. Ye gaming laptop sirf 3 - 4 years ke mehman hote hai. Or jab kharab hoga to iska motherboard ya cpu hi dead hoga. Or dukh bhi bahut hoga. Baaki apki choice hai

shhh... just long press key it fix in its position the keys are replaceable and it may be due to dragging key not tapping the key
There are 4 internal clips which hold and lock the key to its position .. one of the clip was broken so it couldn’t do it ..

Mine was customised model .. and in customised model only refund is possible… Loq 2023 models were good compared too loq 2024.. I get so many motherboard dead cases of loq 2024 model which comes with intel HX cpu
