My nephew was murdered at his Air Force base in Seattle a couple of weeks ago. The funeral was Friday and this morning this video made me cry and remember that I have to "just breathe and carry on. That is what our loved ones that pass away want for us. To just breathe and carry on with what plan God has for us in our lives. Thank u David for making this video. I have been a fan since Idol (which you should have won!)

My 26 years old son is a Doctor serving patients in COVID pandemic since last year. Since last year the condition turned from bad to worst but his courage and dedication shone brighter so do your song David - 'Just breathe ' it has gained new dimension in changed perspective giving ' Hope' .
I have just heard this song for the first time today. I, too, am an RN. Even though this is 4-5 months out from the posting of this video it is relevant today as then. I would also like to applaud my heroes: the food service workers that offered us free meals, the housekeepers that are on the front lines with us, the child care workers that keep our children safe, and the list could go on. I am grateful that I was able to witness this country pull together to keep each other safe and healthy.

My nephew Matt 30 years old has been in a coma 6 weeks from covid-19 He just woke up 2 days ago after 6 weeks on a ventilator and coma . the meds were taken off after 28 days but Matt would not wakeup but now He's breathing. With a traciotomy but breathing. He's off the ventilator. Small steps . 😍 Thanks man this song I haven't shared yet. I need this for myself at this moment. . and I promise I'll share it. I had just lost my dad of cancer three months ago. Every time I think about him, I start to cry. But your new song got in my head and to remind myself to "Just Breathe" and hope that everything will be okay. Take your time in finding yourself. The best thing you can do is choose to be positive. Find your inner happy place. It is nice finding that place where you can just go and relax. Good things come to those who wait. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths. Find the humor in life. Life isn't as serious as the mind makes it out to be. Sometimes being productive means just taking time for yourself. Have a little faith in the universe. You don't always need a plan. Just sent this to my nephew's wife... She is an ICU RN who just returned to PA from a 2 wk deployment to New Jersey to work 12- 16 hr shifts with COVID patients in ICU and the ER there. She left her husband and 3 young daughters because she felt "called" and capable of helping others. I can't imagine what her last 14 days have been like but I'm so incredibly proud of her and so grateful she's now back home with her family. This is beautiful! It really goes to show that things aren't as bad as they seem right now. Yes, this is difficult, and way out of everyone's comfort zone, but if we breathe, and focus on the good things, - Doctors working 24/7 for each and every person, leaving their families to help and serve, store workers also risking a lot for our benefit, and families getting much closer and being so much more together than they were before - then life will become so much easier, and we will become better people as well. Thank you, doctors, nurses, scientists, restaurant/store workers, and everyone else who is giving their all for us to stay safe and healthy! Don't take their work for granted. I had just lost my dad of cancer three months ago. Every time I think about him, I start to cry. But your new song got in my head and to remind myself to "Just Breathe" and hope that everything will be okay. Take your time in finding yourself. The best thing you can do is choose to be positive. Find your inner happy place. It is nice finding that place where you can just go and relax. Good things come to those who wait. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths. Find the humor in life. Life isn't as serious as the mind makes it out to be. Sometimes being productive means just taking time for yourself. Have a little faith in the universe. You don't always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens. Slow down and take a deep breath. Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you. Always be grateful. Whatever is going to happen in life will happen. I'm just thankful to be alive, to be breathing. Sometimes, you need to step outside, get some fresh air and rewind yourself of who you are and who you want to be.

Just sent this to my nephew's wife... She is an ICU RN who just returned to PA from a 2 wk deployment to New Jersey to work 12- 16 hr shifts with COVID patients in ICU and the ER there. She left her husband and 3 young daughters because she felt "called" and capable of helping others. I can't imagine what her last 14 days have been like but I'm so incredibly proud of her and so grateful she's now back home with her family. This is beautiful! It really goes to show that things aren't as bad as they seem right now. Yes, this is difficult, and way out of everyone's comfort zone, but if we breathe, and focus on the good things, - Doctors working 24/7 for each and every person, leaving their families to help and serve, store workers also risking a lot for our benefit, and families getting much closer and being so much more together than they were before - then life will become so much easier, and we will become better people as well. Thank you, doctors, nurses, scientists, restaurant/store workers, and everyone else who is giving their all for us to stay safe and healthy! Don't take their work for granted. Do as much help and service as you can as well. Be happy, stay safe, stay healthy, and JUST BREATHE.
