The night I first heard this song I was dealing with a long term devastating family situation that seemed hopeless to repair. This song these lyrics were like a answer to my prayers. I sent the song to my estranged family member hoping they would listen to it and I started using your words in my prayers going forward..something I hadn't been doing as often as I should. I'm throwing it up to you God...please hear me. He did...a few days later my daughter who wouldn't talk to me for over two years called me. She had listened to Postcards In The Sky too. We've been able to slowly build a new relationship since and are in a better place than we've ever been. This song and now this perfect video for it have moved me to tears again. Ever since the american idol back in 2008, I have been a die hard of David till this very day! Not to mention, all of his songs are absolutely amazing and I wouldn't even complain even a bit. In this 11 years of my life, I have never got bored any of his songs. I can listen to his "crush" song on repeat mode for so many times just in a day, no lie.
