met david at church yesterday, he sang this song for us, then brought all of our tears. thank you for your beautiful heart and soul and singing the song for the people who have a hard time.
If he sang that song at a LDS during a sacrement meeting it is highly not ture because in the LDS church it is respectful to sing hyms appropriate for church
Our choir/choral group doesn't always sing hymns from the hymn book in church. It's at the discretion of the Bishop and the point is it has to be uplifting, which this one is!
Dear David, I am on a mission in India with my husband. When I get feeling a little down and have a tough day, I listen to you and this brilliant performance of Glorious and I cry every time as the Spirit testifies to my heart, once more, that it is true. David Archuleta is one of the best singers I've ever heard

I'm not a religious person, I'm actually agnostic and thus I believe everyone is kind unless they show me otherwise but this song... It's so beautiful..
My first encounter with the song was when I saw a video when a child who had fallen into a well and was being rescued by almost everyone in that village. It was so emotional yet still rewarding. I was so moved by the love in that environment that I cried throughout the video. Not because I was sad but because of the love that was among the people. A week before that video I lost a very good friend to illness that was so dear to me and our whole family. The words of that song gave me peace. I still listen to it every day. Thank you so much.
I don’t even know how many times I’ve listened to David sing this song but what ever it is, it’s such a heart warming and uplifting song and I love it.
I remember listening to this song when it first came out my first semester of college, and now I'm sitting here doing homework for my last college class and I graduate in 1 month. This song brings so many memories and I love it now as much as I loved it three years ago. I can't tell you how grateful I am for a gospel that gives you the guidance to be happy, successful, and to gives you purpose! Growing up is hard but life is so much easier when you know there is a Heavenly Being who cares about you and is there for you 100% of the time.
The message in this song is for everyone. We are all connected. No matter who you are or where you came from we are connected and it's glorious! You are important and play a part. Everyone needs to realize how important he or she is. We all play a part. Realize how special you are. Love yourself and others by giving kindness.💕 p.s. I love you.😊
I'm not mormon, agnostic actually, but this song and all of the artist's (stephanie mabey) music is absolutely wonderful. Uplifting and absolutely enchanting.
This song is beautiful. I'm not religious, I am agnostic, but it still touches me. It's about listening and being open-minded. It's telling us we have a purpose and that we just need to love eachother no matter who we are.
I feel the same positive messages from reading the Book of Mormon, have you read it? It's an amazing record of ancient people who needed to learn again and again to listen and be open minded themselves. It covers the rise and fall of an entire civilization that had ups and downs, terrible wars and peace. Incredible messages about charity. I highly recommend it!
@@skaughtsmanit is not an record of ancient people. It is fiction and made up stories. There are many anachronisms and even President Nelson said it is not a book of history.
This song gave me strength when I had a post-partum depression. It was a real struggle but everytime Iisten to this song, its very uplifting. I have a clarity of mind of what my purpose is. And then I figured what my role is to my daughter. I love this song. It saved me.
I was baptized a Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in May of 1973. It has been such a blessing to me for all of my life. I've heard a lot of arguments and naysayers "dissing" it, but I just ask Heavenly Father to forgive them, for they know not what they do. One day, maybe far into the future, I know that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is the Christ and that Joseph Smith restored The Truth to the earth that was lost at the time of the Apostasy that the early Church leaders said would happen. Also, the Seed of Father Abraham will be gathered and will come to know who The Messiah truly is. The Bible and The Book of Mormon are, truly, the "two sticks" (spoken of in Ezekiel 37:16, 19 in the KJV of the Bible) and by two or three witnesses, every word may be established (See Deuteronomy 19:15-16 and Matthew 18:16 from the King James Version of the Bible). I hope that everyone who reads this, who is not currently a believer, will earnestly seek and knock, then open their Heart's Door so that Jesus Christ may enter and manifest Himself to you through the Holy Ghost. By the power of the Holy Ghost, you may know the truth of All Things. If you're not familiar with the 13 Articles of Faith, written by the Prophet Joseph Smith, you should Find Them, then Read Them, then Study Them and Ponder Them, so you can finally Understand Them. They are inspired and inspiring! God bless you in your Righteous Pursuits!!!

I am a Born Again Christian. But This Song Teaches me to Worship GOD More. And also to Pray More For GOD. And To David Archuleta. JESUS Loves you so much. It is Never Too Late to Come Back To HIM.
[Verse 1:]
There are times when
You might feel aimless
And can't see the places
Where you belong
But you will find that
There is a purpose
It's been there within you
All along
And when you're near it
You can almost hear it
[Chorus:]
It's like a symphony
Just keep listening
And pretty soon you'll start
To figure out your part
Everyone plays a piece
And there are melodies
In each one of us
Oohhh it's glorious
[Verse 2:]
And you will know how
To let it ring out
As you discover
Who you are
Others around you
Will start to wake up
To the sounds that are
In their hearts
It's so amazing
What we're all creating
[Chorus:]
It's like a symphony
Just keep listening
And pretty soon you'll start
To figure out your part
Everyone plays a piece
And there are melodies
In each one of us
Oohhh it's glorious
[Bridge:]
And as you feel
The notes build
Higher
You will see
[Chorus:]
It's like a symphony
Just keep listening
And pretty soon you'll start
To figure out your part
Everyone plays a piece
And there are melodies
In each one of us
Oohhh it's glorious
Thank you so much!🌸
Thx I needed this
Thank you so much
Thank you for the lyrics
met david at church yesterday, he sang this song for us, then brought all of our tears. thank you for your beautiful heart and soul and singing the song for the people who have a hard time.
If he sang that song at a LDS during a sacrement meeting it is highly not ture because in the LDS church it is respectful to sing hyms appropriate for church

😀
Our choir/choral group doesn't always sing hymns from the hymn book in church. It's at the discretion of the Bishop and the point is it has to be uplifting, which this one is!
Lucky!
Dear David, I am on a mission in India with my husband. When I get feeling a little down and have a tough day, I listen to you and this brilliant performance of Glorious and I cry every time as the Spirit testifies to my heart, once more, that it is true. We are His children and we are glorious! Thanks for the reminder! Thank you for sharing your amazing talent. I feel like you are one of my grandsons. Sister Adams INDM
Anyone else missing this David??
I'm Adventist, and you touch my heart. God bless you🙏🏼

I listened to the song and was so touched and felt so calm. Then I listened to the words and I cried…
Its like a symphony
I love this song. And I miss David's Christian music. When he still had the Light of Christ. Come back, David ❤ June 2024
When a “church” is cruel and hateful, he’s better off out of it. When a “church” pushed kids and adults to death over sexuality, they are better out of it. He’s out, he’s happy, and he won’t return to the cult. Almost 70% of those who served a mission with me are out. All living so much happier.
I am not Mormon, but I attended a few services. Very welcoming and peaceful faith.
Yeah and isolating and indoctrinating its members
The channel NewNameNoah also features their temple services. You will be surprised.
So welcoming that for many (David included) they think off killing themselves to get out.
Christianity is the truth.💜 Please check out the evidence for Christianity. Mormonism isn’t the truth.💜

The church should add this to the hymn book, I feel it's that sacred a message. I love that we have David Archuleta as the face and voice of this song, teaching us before we even knew about the pain he was experiencing. Each one of us is glorious.
Am I the only one who literally cried cuz of seeing Archuleta? And him singing. And him in the studio. And him everything. The video itself. I don't even know. Watching him after 2 years, I am just so happy. *criesagain*

I tried to do my best and I was feeling so tired lost and without hope, I don't have friends and my problems with my mother broke my heart and actually I have depression, all the frikin days wish to die and forget everything I did.
...but this song make me feel alive again and make me cry because this is like a cure to my heart and soul the lyrics inspired something that make wanna be a great person and don't give up in the life.
Absolutely. I have had some bumps in my life too, and sometimes its been pretty serious. But when I listen to the lyrics, I can hear the message so clearly, as if God sent this song just to help me. Just remember; "Everyone plays a piece." You matter to God and everyone else. I wish you the best of luck in life.
I feel you, don't ever give up. I like songs like this. So far I have Glorious by David, Neverland by Zendaya and One Day by Matisyahu. Any song suggestions that lift up your soul or an adventure type?

what agnostic?
I'm literally crying right now. It's so good to see him singing again. We missed you David, and the song is absolutely gorgeous. Got the feels:)
I can't help but cry. Thank you for my parents who introduced me to the gospel.
His voice is just AMAZING!!!!!!!
i'm not a Mormon but I really feel the presence of God while I listening to this song❤. Jesus loves you , God bless everyone ❤❤

This song is beautiful. I'm not religious, I am agnostic, but it still touches me.
It's about listening and being open-minded. It's telling us we have a purpose and that we just need to love eachother no matter who we are.
One Bright Star more important then ever before as we support each other through this trial
Hoouh we are chilrdren of our God my dear
@@skaughtsmanit is not an record of ancient people. It is fiction and made up stories. There are many anachronisms and even President Nelson said it is not a book of history.

May David's journey help us all to wake up. He has found his part, and it's glorious. 😊
I love your heart David.
im blessed to be a mormon since 2010. .
