thank u so much Dr. Ankur Gupta, I appreciate all work u do for the critical care communiuty across the world , I am intensivist from saudi arabia and get used to watch u , and i am so impressed by the videos u make , u are so briliant in critical care , i am aspring to work with u one day
Excellent job. I think the most important thing before a patient is admitted to an ICU, code status should be addressed. Whether full code, DNR with instructions or DNR3 or comfort care only. Also you should make a video on end of life care, terminal weaning from the ventillator, family counelling regarding hospice or end of life care. Also one video for drugs used during end of life care for anxiety, pain, eye care, control of resp secretions. Thank you
Can you give us a heads up as to when the next session is going to be as we can join in the live conversation. Thank you for taking some of yr precious time off and educating us🙏
Can you sir make detailed video on the drugs to be used for intubation in different situations and about pain control in severe trauma including fractures and in paediatric patients. Kindly make videos on first response in handling paediatric pt .esp trauma.
Any Ideal sedation for continuous infusion after intubation? Midazolam causes severe hypotension and creates problems for weaning process in rowdy patient
Sir plz give some ideas about positive pressure ventilation during intubation if we dont know about pnt NPO status is it beneficial or not. Plz explain
yes of course, with only sedation you can... at time patient is so drowsy like in pco2 narcosis, or in severe shock., they can be simply intubated without even sedation.
Your efforts are very useful & far reaching. Thank you Dr.
thanks vijaya... thanks for being a support

if its an emergency, we have to intubate ... RT can help and keep suction ready before attempting intubation ... that's the best we can do.
Thank u sir
