    Excellent job.
    I think the most important thing before a patient is admitted to an ICU, code status should be addressed.
    Whether full code, DNR with instructions or DNR3 or comfort care only.
    Also you should make a video on end of life care, terminal weaning from the ventillator, family counelling regarding hospice or end of life care.
    Also one video for drugs used during end of life care for anxiety, pain, eye care, control of resp secretions.

      Actually vertical live stream usually I don’t plan … it’s spontaneous and short on …. Long ones are prescheduled and notified .

      if its an emergency, we have to intubate ... RT can help and keep suction ready before attempting intubation ... that's the best we can do.

      yes of course, with only sedation you can... at time patient is so drowsy like in pco2 narcosis, or in severe shock., they can be simply intubated without even sedation.
