- Today's video we travelled back to Port Talbot and took a look at Margam Green Energy Plant.
Opened in 2019, is this massive wood burning fire in layman's terms 😁
A good bunch down there, but sadly, the police were called. We droned the entire Plant and chatted to a few HGV drivers.
#security was pleasant enough, but the video soon dragged out with management asking questions.

No, That's not the correct! You can enter publicly accessible private land but they CAN still trespass you from it.
@bowman4275 it's publicly accessible.. not restricted, they can ask and that's about it..they can't force you to leave.

I went there a couple of weeks ago, checked that the road was maintained by NPTBC up to the entrance of the site, walked in to inform them I was going to put the drone up, nobody in security, and no one in the Induction training cabin opposite, as it was the weather was too bad anyway, I will put it up later, then zoom in over the other wood burning plant on the other site and get a good view of BOC as well at 120mtrs. btw, the 20 mph speed signs as you go in were put up by NPTBC.

@@Anonymousaudits The bottle plant you mention is BOC Gases, it was my last job before retiring and spent 8 years there, be careful as they will go ape if they see you flying, its a production site, best to fly around it and not over it, even though it is not a restricted site on Drone Assist, the Old Bill from Sandfields are notorious for not knowing drone laws, just watch The Gwent Auditors video of the Public maintained road into TATA where the Sgt threatened to arrest him even though he had a recording of NPTBC highways dept telling him it was publicly maintained. but the Sgt told him the Government had got it wrong lol, if you go to BOC, park at the Crematorium as you come off the roundabout and short walk down the road, might meet you down there lol, Im a local btw.
You are very wrong, if it is private property and a public place you can be asked to leave, its Common Law called Trespass, it does not matter if a gate is open or if there is no gate at all. This is how pub landlords can ask people to leave.
My village is owned by Magdalen College, Oxford, so they can ask me to leave if I film the village? (Which I do)
