Mine is a gen 1.5 with a quad rail and heavy barrel, so it’s quite front heavy. I guess it’s still true that they advise about 300 rounds to break in the gas piston. And it can fling some brass!
We love the RA rifles up here in Canada. It was a very sad day when Dictator Trudeau banned them because he thought they were too "scary"... What a crock of s#!t. Glad you are enjoying our rifle though... Cheers brother
@@CapeGunWorks I'm looking at getting one in 6.5 grendel as a med range round but also looking at this in 556 as well & maybe selling my Zev Billet Rifle. What's your take on the XCR-M?
I was just looking at this! To check if it was MA Compliant! Idk if you’ll read this or respond, but I HOPE YOU GOT MORE IN STOCK, once you say yes, I’m coming thru to purchase! Cheers from Peabody, MA :)
Can you show us the bolt carrier guide curve and the bolt mechanism in details ?It looks quite different with AK-47,more like the FNC and Norinco type-97. Thanks!
Not an AR, not an AK, not a Galil, not a FN Fal or FSC, not an Uzi, not a Steyr AUG, or any other banned gun. So as long as it is neutered (no bayo lug, fixed stock, pinned muzzle break etc.), it is MA okay.
You can buy something with fixed magazine. We actually have a Franklin Armory in stock. So you understand rifles that are semi-auto cannot have the option for high-capacity magazine when for sale to an FID card holder. Anything rifle that is bolt action, pump action, break action, level action, breach action are good to go with FID card. No SBR I believe I will ask about that last one.
And thanks for putting one in your range lineup and Giving folks a chance to try the out
I definitely just found my next purchase 👌
Same just need the money. And hope when I do get the money it’s still available
I have this riffle and love it. I have the gen before the latest one
I almost bought this off the Robinson website, a very cool color scheme.

It has a last round bolt hold open you could just use the bolt release instead of the charging handle.
I thought this was Tony Hawk. 😂🤣😂😂🤣

Order AR parts from US & build it?
Thats absolutely beautiful but the term "zombie green" gives me flashbacks to the dreaded zombie era of bs gun attachments and gimmicky products
I hear you. It will not be a stock color!

So I take it Cape GunWorks is no longer offering this firearm?
Sure we are. Just really hard to get. We have a bunch set to come in though
What ammo does it prefer? Premium only or also cheap brass ?
We have not noticed them to be Ammo fussy
It eats basically everything even steel case
I tried 223 on mine it keep jamming, i use winchester 556 green tip and its good

@@CapeGunWorks those are some dumb rules
Not a fan of the Toxic Green but to each his own
That's why I got it for the range! We have black, burnt bronze, in flat dark earth in stock!

Can you have 10 or 30 rd mags with this MSR?
Depends on your state, but it should be able to accept any standard STANAG/SR-25 (if it's chambered in .308 Winchester) magazines.
Can you buy this with an FID?
