This looks like a fantastic martial arts adaptation on a good old fashioned HIIT workout. Could even be tweaked for progression easily: Circuit once, no burpees. Circuit + burpee finisher. Circuit twice, no burpees. Circuit twice + burpees both times.
Really great workout. Enjoyed it. I appreciate your efforts to combine health and wellness with authentic martial arts. Essentially, this is kung fu. Its not just fighting, not just forms, its living to your fullest!

Can u show us different kinds of Rapid strikes based on different martial arts? Like- 20 Tiger palm strikes, Wing Chun chain punches, boxing combinations and such?

I’ve trained taekwondo most of my life but due to political divides in the organization, some of the schools closed and I no longer had a school to train at so I’ve had to do it all on my own. Your videos have helped me keep going, workout, keep training, and learn new technique from other styles. Thank you so much again and keep it up! Hi Jake, I was wondering if you could do a video on your personal preference between shaolin and wudang kung fu. Not what you think is "better", as that's hugely subjective, just what you gravitate towards. I'm in the process of choosing a martial and consider myself a bit of a daoist (not that that really matters) so I might head in the Wudang direction. Anyway, keep up the great vids.
