My heart sank when you powdered the inner cheeks area. I think that is one of the best spots to look naturally dewy, a lot of korean makeup looks make that area dewy. But I agree with T-zone area, right under the eyes, the nose lines and smile lines, and most importantly for me are the edges of the face and jaws so when I rest my hand on my chin/jaw it doesn't feel sticky

I wouldn't mattify your cheeks / under the eyes at all, or at least keep it between the pupils. Glabella, nose, nasolabial fold and chin is enough.
