We had such a great day !!

Easy fishing in the S.F bay for halibut. Biggest biomass of halibut in serval decades.
Nice 🎣. Where did you buy your rod holder at the pier? Thanks
Hey man- just a quick tip. Don’t use circle hooks unless the regulations say you have to, you’ll miss more strikes compared to a regular J hook
I like using circle hooks when using light lb test line
Nice action! Was this recent?
Yeah last week
How's the crab?? Gona be there soon
What size hooks do you use
Did someone recommend this spot in Walmart to you?
You can fish 2 rods there?
Yes at any public pier in CA you can fish two rids
Heard the tide is strong, how heavy should my weights be when casting here?
5oz at least. Add more when the current gets heavier!
Can you tell me what month you can catch the halibuts?
the season is may to november
what species are usually there on Torpedo Wharf?
Halibut, striper, sharks, rays and rock crabs! Good luck!
@@VinnyFish thanks planning on going there tomorrow
cool video. Try not to net undersize halis cause they get split tail and will die
What month was this
