Amtrak Freight Locomotives! An Incredible Day on the CSX River Line

12/20/23:
On December 20th, I headed out to the River Line for a few hours and had probably the best day trackside I’ve had in a very long time in terms of diversity in power. Included in these few hours were appearances from CSX, NYSW, NS, KCS, UP, and Amtrak, including a newly painted Phase VII Amtrak GP38-2 which was really cool to see. Enjoy the best kind of tailgating CSX has to offer in 2023!
