Hey, I know this! The country town is Yea, Victoria, a sleepy little town around 100km north of Melbourne. He's travelling to Melbourne, Victoria, making the big transition from a country kid to a city slicker. Locations I spotted: 0:59: Not entirely certain. It looks like one of the roads in the back blocks of Yea. 1:07: Carter's Milk Bar. God, I have so many memories of this place as a kid. Lovely old lady ran the shop, had all sorts of treats for a kid like myself did. It was like something straight out of the 1950s. It closed in the last five years or so as the shop owner became too old to maintain it. 1:10: Yea Bowls Club. This is slightly out of the main street, heading south-east-ish towards the old train station. 1:15: Cafe Christies, east side of town. Never been there, just walked past it. So far as I know it's still open. 1:20: Tartan Motel. Close to Cafe Christies. Pretty generic motel. 1:28: This appears to be Seymour Station, the closest serviced regional train station to Yea. It's about 40km away from Yea. 1:57: This is the underpass at Flinders Street Station, the main metropolitan train station. It used to be the terminus for many regional trains as well, though Southern Cross takes them these days. To a newcomer to the city arriving on the train, Flinders Street Station or Southern Cross Stations are likely to be their first true impression. It is split in two between the ticketed side and the non-ticketed side; you can see a guy clambering over (presumably having fare evaded, they were attempting to leave without being stopped by ticket inspectors.) 2:03: This part of the underpass is the Flinders Street side. Quite old and grungy looking, very stereotypically "city". 2:12: Not entirely certain. This looks like the 7/11 a couple of hundred metres walk north of Flinders Street Station, on Swanston Street. 3:24: Could be any of Melbourne's beaches. The most likely is either Port Melbourne or St. Kilda Beach, as they're the closest to the nightclubs in Melbourne's CBD. So I guess in the end, the guy moved to the big city, became a little overwhelmed with the nightclub scene, and is having a swim to "clear his head"? I dunno, it's not that clear cut.
@JukuMania. haha true but It wasnt my script and i wasnt the director so its not my story.. but i still feel that the story is strong.. I am very happy to be apart of this project..
@bullant71 I recon your missing the real story behind the song.. I think there is more then just sun and beach.. its a bit emotional journey. the character has to find his self.. I think its real interesting when you think about it differently
Okay, i absolutely love this song. It's awesome. It's going to be my song for this summer. I definately don't like this music video though!! It is boring, doesn't really seem to have much of a story, lot's of crappy sandwich eating montages. Pass. Could of been done so much better. Dissapointing. :(
Great song, terrible video. This is a fun, summer song, the clip doesn't fit this at all. As soon as that first chorus drops there should be beaches, girls and drinks flowing.

This masterpiece has 3 good things: Original Version, Flume Remix, & Tommy Trash Remix. DIfferent vibes, but still has so much emotions :)
The Flume remix I don´t like so much. I think it´s weak in comparing with theses other ones.
Actually, I dont like Flume Remix at all.
The Tommy Trash remix gives a completely different vibe to this song. it's UNREAL!!!
