"The industry" also can't control the flow and release of information on the internet either, so, if they continue growing and being as good as they have been for the past couple of decades, then they will simply continue to grow, and probably win more awards from "the industry."

Saw them at aftershock and have been a royal follower ever since. They are keeping early 2000 metalcore alive. By far one of the best bands out right now.
When I went to Slayer’s final tour in Toronto my dad and I were blown away by Behemoth. I hundred precent agree with this statement, go early and pay attention to everyone that’s playing their because you’ll be surprised :D
Depends on the perspective you put it in and what expectations you have based upon your perceived measuring stick. If I go by talent, unique music, variety in their music, skill of composition, classic songs, and how little views a band has in comparison to how long they have delivered masterpieces then Pain of Salvation is THE most underrated band of all time. They are imo the greatest band of all time. I love Avatar as well, but if I try to put it into perspective like this: Compared to Slipknot they are severely underrated as I see Slipknot as pure garbage! But compared to Pain of Salvation they are overrated. To mention a few other bands that are all in my top 5 fave bands together with Pain of Salvation that are also severely underrated are bands like Voyager, Symphony X and Samael.

Just saw them in Vegas last night. They are the best touring band out there right now. You get your money's worth and then some. Too talented.
