    FINALLY! A physical therapist has identified my issue and correction protocol. I’ve seen 2 PRI therapists and neither of them correctly identified my issue….although my left hip is clearly higher than left. I truly believe in PRI therapy, but my issue is slightly different.     After nearly a decade and recently a successful self diagnosis (not including what goes with insane chronic pain) I want to thank all PRI trainers and videos like yours that make the journey a bit easier.
    After getting a mouth splint and glasses for me I’m now just starting to feel any relief from these techniques.
    It’s a journey and this helps tremendously.

      Hello. I'm really glad you found the right path for yourself! Just remember - the most important thing in PRI is exercises and their progression. Also, make sure you are visiting a skilled physical therapist instead of a trainer. PTs know much more about THERAPY, not just fitness of PRi. And at the end of the day, PRI was designed for physical therapists.

    Hi Alexander, I have been doing the exercises in your course for my lateral pelvic tilt twice daily for one month. The results have already been amazing! The pain I had in my hip for more than two years, has almost completely gone. I went to so many chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists but none of them could give me the relief I have experienced from your exercise course. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

    When I look in the mirror, my left hip is higher but the front of the bone is also more pronounced or more forward on the left side. It looks like the hip bone his right side is more pronounced or forward

    I have very similar symptoms in your patient in this video but I was curious if it’s common for your right glute to be weak bc of your posture. Thanks for the videos.

    Thank you so much for all of your videos. I’d like to ask a question. My right groin and hip have been in pain for years. Does that mean my right hip is higher than the left one? Thank you in advance.

      Right groin pain is typical indicator of non compensatory pattern of pelvis asymmetry to the right side. Right adductor muscles are getting preoccupied and cannot let go, since the right femur cannot drop down and abduct.

      Hello, mandibular issues belong to dentists (either surgeons or orthodontists). Vision issues belong to optometry specialists. I specialize in physical therapy.

    I have a high right hip and get more pain on the right top of my butt. I also was diagnosed with spinal stenosis L1-L5. I recently was involved in a car accident which caused this pain to start or increase quite a bit. I have been doing the exercises recommended by my physical therapist and the pain seems to get worse. As the pain increases the right hip seems to get higher. What would you recommend I do?

      Well, I would need to see your MRI and pictures of your posture. Maybe you need an opposite approach for physical therapy.

    Hello Alexander, I have a lateral pelvic tilt and my left hip is higher than the right. I currently have pain in my left glute next to the spine and before that I had it in the right side ( it can switch sides). I haven't been to the gym in over a month because of this and have experienced this issue in the past. Also my left ribs significantly sticks out more than the right one. Coughing + sneezing is very painful and so is bending forward. I would really appreciate some advice 🙏💛🔥

      Hello. I probably will. However, you have to realize that one person with left trap pain may have different reasons for it than another person (according to PRI)

    I'm a quadriplegic and have developed pelvic tilt, rotation and uneven shoulder due to muscular strength imbalance. It's affecting my seating posture as well. Can you help me fix it?

    My right front hip bone is 2 cm higher when standing with straight legs and my pelvis rotates to left when i'm looking from above.
    When i stand on one foot my head is 2 cm higher than on tbe left foot.
    I have problems on both sides, it began years ago with pain and cramps in my left butt.
    Since 3 month i have sciativ pain in my right leg. Is maybe a longer right leg my problem?

      Your problem might be due to a chronic overload due to a pelvis asymmetry. I would need to see your posture and video of walk.
