  • "I personally have many responsibilities - as a man, a husband, a father, a son, a consultant, a martial arts trainer and so on. However, everyday I see how people try to get rid of their responsibilities, close inside their boxes and start to blame others simultaneously looking into other people with jealousy. This irritates me, so I am willing to come to the TEDxISM to share some ideas about how to get out of this box."
"Balys works as a business consultant and is motivated by the idea that he is changing the world 1% at a time. Even a small advance and change must be positive and worth creating it.

Excellent talk; I never saw it that way before. Caring and kindness are virtues that go beyond responsibility. Thank you Balys.

What I from this is that being accountable is feeling responsible for more than what others say or expect to be your responsibility. It means that you and others can count on you and trust you.
